Marcus saved the day
Marcus H- I was not an easy customer. I was extremely frustrated and very suspicious that perhaps I had been "taken" by an online scam.... then Marcus came on the phone to assist me and in spite of my anger, he never once got ruffled and just kept reassuring me that he would fix the problem. He truly did, and it humbled me. I hope Marcus gets the recognition he deserves at your company because he made the difference for me and I am very grateful for his help. Awesome Service!
The service I received from Tech 19 (Sean, Jeff and?) was outstanding. I never knew how slow my computer was until they clean it up for me today. Buying Webroot after it is cleaned up it a wise decision and I am set. So excited to have my MacBook Air like it was when I first bought it and even faster! Thank you!

I received this email from Danny Croft on 11/26 after Fast Fix 123 repaired my computer. Unfortunately my computer stopped working again on 11/27, ultimately freezing completely. On 11/28 I called Fast Fix again and they spent most of the day working on my computer. When the computer was released back to me late that afternoon, within the first minute I counted two pop-up ads (the original problem). During the first ten minutes I had a total of eleven pop-ups emanating from the four primary sites we use. I called back and a technician started again. Apparently the technician installed an ad-blocking program. The ABP stopped 2 ads on Fox News, 15 on the Comcast Xfinity site, none on Facebook and 5 on eBay....ALL DURING THE FIRST 13 MINUTES after release by Fast Fix. Possibly the problem cannot be totally eliminated, but the "fix" in place now makes our computer usable. I really appreciate their patience and determination to repair my computer problem.

Both technicians I dealt with were very helpful!
Daniel E Tech 20 and Will were very helpful with the issues that my computer was experiencing. I greatly appreciate their assistance in the matter. My computer already is running much smoother without any pop-ups. I would recommend using this service to friends and family.

Overall now that Daniel E Tech 20 has fixed my pogo issue, everything works great. the issue I had initially was I had to call back to get my email straightened out and had to refund service, but everything got sorted out. I would recommend this company to a friend! Daniel E gets a 5, but Tech 1 gets a 3 for the inconvenience of the email issue.
