Tech # 17 was most helpful and turned our misfortune into a simple correctable task.
Trevor B was able to identified the simplest way to correct our problem. He asked us to obtained an USB cable and called us back when like he promised he would. When we become disconnect all we had to do was return to FASTFIX link requesting him to calll us back to which promptly did. He was able to set our printer back online in no time at all. No need to worry. Catch the problems and correct them immediately!
Today Edward M. Tech 5 walked me through all my problems -- 3 different ones -- cleaned up my computer, and made my life so much less stressful in less than 10 minutes. I have made use of Fast Fix 123 at least 4 times in the past year. All the techies I spoke with have been super helpful -- and speak with an American accent. I can't give the company too many kudos.

Review of initial work done
Trevor B - Before the repair work was started I spoke at length with Customer Service. They explained the whole procedure to me and answered all my questions. Trevor worked on my computer for a few hours and then asked me to check a certain problem I was having. So far things look great. ***I'd like to do a more detailed review in a month when I've put this computer through its paces and see if the performance is just as good.

Finally, NO MORE Pop-Ups!!
Trevor B just talked with me over the phone to explain what he did and what I should NOT be doing or clinking on. I am satisfied at this time, hope all remains good, without the pop-up ads and pop-up tabs opening up on my computer. I can finally enjoy my computer again without fighting with ads :)
