Happy with everything but the wait time. Edward M. was great and listened to what I wanted. Very friendly and knowledgeable would prefer if he worked on my computer all the time.

It was my pleasure to work with WESLEY help desk tech 3,, who was extremely patient, polite and helpful! In the last 24 hours I have spoken with three technicians from fast fix 123 and each one was outstanding in their customer service!
Kudos to you for choosing people of such a good caliber....with Wesley I felt as though I had gone back in time.....he was so polite and evidenced a patient and humorous personality without wasting time or being 'too personal'. A great experience for me! Am happy with the repair on my computer....and that I can call if and when any problem arises.

Agent Melissa C was very friendly and seems quite knowledgeable. she was able to repair issues with my windows 7 computer without difficulty.

My computer had got very slow and I was plagued with constant "pop-up" ads. After my first call to Fast Fix 123, the situation was improved but not solved. I called again and was taken care of very quickly. The improvement was dramatic and immediate. I then had a follow up call from Gloria Vaughn to assure that I was satisfied. Thank you!

I was told by a Cox tech that they must be a scam, boy am I glad I did my own research. They were always patient with my lack of computer knowledge. Also didn't take offense when I questioned their legitimacy. My computer is working great! Thank you to Fastfix 123

Everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful and friendly from the very first phone call I made to initiate the fix. I am clueless when it comes to adware/malware/anything having to do with technology in general, but they explained everything so that I could understand what was wrong with my laptop and how to take care of it from now on. The last technician (I believe his name was Brian) was the most helpful and he triple-checked to make sure everything was running smoothly before ending our session. I highly recommend this company and will refer my friends and family in the future. Thank you again!
