I asked that he write some specifics into my "file", so that others would know my desires & schedules that I need maintenance to be performed, and he did that cheerfully. Very pleased!

It was a relief to have him fix my computer. I am home-bound. No close family so my computer is important to me.He did a fantastic job and was very courteous to me, a senior of 75 years.

I was alittle hesitant to do this at first ...but after talking with George last nite and how very friendly and informative he was i felt confident to proceed with this work on my computer ....when i got home from work i was pleased to find that work had started with my new tech James ....after finally getting James to notice my posts (he was busy working on my computer) and getting my questions answered ...I was pleased to find another friendly smart and helpful tech ....he called me and talked with me while he was doing my work, answering questions and assuring me that what he was doing was going to be done to my satisfaction ...and I am very satisfied with the results ....James was awesome ...I am very happy with my whole experience made even better by having someone nice to deal with in my Tech James...I can recommend with confidence to my friends Fast Fix for their computer problems...and if they get to great Tech like George and James ...they too will come away feeling happy about their experience, because dealing with computer problems is not fun ever and if you have to deal with people who are not helpful or knowledgeable or you can't understand them you come away frustrated and angry ....and I feel happy about my whole experience from beginning to end =) ..Thanks James you Rock

Just had my computer repaired by Fast-Fix-1-2-3. They did it remotely. No more going to the computer repair shop. Not only do they do fast, efficient repairs, if you join the 'club', they do it for $14.95 per month! Since they work on my computer about 3-4 times a year, that's big savings compared to the $99 I paid to the computer repair shop every time I walked in the door. I highly recommend Fast Fix 1-2-3. What a hectic day at work. Come home to find my computer slowed to a crawl , a nasty virus really messed up my PC. I called Fastfix 123 and they fixed my computer and it works like the first day we had it. I also had webroot installed to prevent another attach. even if you have the slightest question or concern, Fastfix is there 24/7 to assist you. today I was assisted by tech Ray who answered all my questions with a pleasant, helpful attitude and made me feel secure in my choice of Fastfix. thanks to all their staff....

was helpful in checking out my system and verifying to me that NO issues were found. Much appreciated as I had twice yesterday had a screen pop up saying that my computer has "Display Devise" issues.
The only issue that I have is that I had to call fast fix123 to get a status update after 1 and a half hours, then my system was checked into immediately. Service was appreciated.
