Fast Fix 123 

I used FastFix 123 for the first time yesterday to clean up my computer, to install Webroot protection and route the emails coming into my new Comcast account through Outlook. The staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and patient, and took trouble to explain what they were doing and why (which I appreciated because I am technologically challenged!). I would rate the service as excellent. Everything is now working beautifully and I would recommend this company to others with technology problems. In particular Corwin and Joe Nester were the people I had the most contact with and they were both terrific. Thank you.

Trevor B was very professional and courteous over the phone and answered any questions I had regarding my service to my computer. Also, which I like most of all, there were no hidden mark-ups on my bill. My computer is very fast and back to its original speed. all aspects of the machine were tested and changed until all worked perfectly! This company and its techs are worth their weight in gold. I will gladly recommend them.

Jason allowed me to call another phone number on Microsoft's website to make sure this was not a scam. This showed me the company cared more about a person's comfort level than a sale. Quincy took longer than anticipated to fix the computer possibly due to my having XP but got it up and running.
Melissa was terrific at checking to make sure my old antivirus was completely off the computer and checked a few other items to make sure everything was in tip top shape.(I had questioned if it all was removed and called tech support.) Had it not taken longer than told to get my computer up and running, I would have given 5 stars.

Daniel C., Technician 9, is a respectable, highly qualified, level 3 technician. Daniel well represents the professionalism expected of Microsoft and the Microsoft Certified Partner, Fast Fix 123. Daniels' concern for client comfort, while explaining and following through remote diagnostics, is invaluable to the client, as we are at the mercy of 'the man behind the screen.'. Daniels' professionalism, as a Level 3 Technician, in communication skills and client comfort, assured me Fast Fix 123.com is totally reliable in its' responsibilities and service to the public. I purchased Web root.com, with no hesitation, as I hold firm the reliability of Fast Fix 123.
The first Level 3 technician I spoke with, nary came near the professionalism experienced with Daniel C., Technician 9. I would expect your entire team of Level 3 Technicians, at Fast Fix 123, to be as qualified as Technician 9. Unfortunately, that particular Level 3 Tech had absolutely no training, no experience or capabilities, to be within a team of professionals skilled in customer service, remote diagnostics customer service or any customer service. He gave no concern for the overbearing decibel level of chatting personnel in the background, which was of great hindrance. I'm sure the taped recording was reviewed.
All in all, my experience with Fast Fix 123 was amazing. The technicians went out of their way to find an easier and less expensive way to fix my comp. I acquired a respect for responsibility and reliability in your customer service, which is, I would think, the backbone of your company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fast Fix 123 and web root.com, to anybody.
