Brilliant service . So helpful and kind, couldn't fault in anyway. First class product couldn't manage without it now. So grateful.

We were recommended to go to Felgains by our neighbors next door. We were able to park easily by the entrance, on entry we could discuss our needs with Natalie in private. There was a mix up over the specific model when we read all the information when we got home. However this was soon settled over the phone. Delivery was punctual and with a helpful explanation of the buggy by the driver.
The price offered was not the cheapest but bearing in mind the service we received I would recommend Felgains to any new customer considering a similar product.
