i needed my FENSA certificate urgently. Customer Service Administrator Harnam Sehmbi was very kind and understanding. She helped to get the certificate issued on the same day.

It was easy to order online a copy of the fensa certificate. Email customer support were very efficient in dealing with a query I had.

Needed a copy of a fensa urgently due to moving and it was only recently registered and not online. Emailed FENSA and within about 3 hours they emailed me a copy. Super efficient and really great service.

I am facing the prospect of a £250 bill from building control to certify my windows as complying with building regulations. This is despite having chosen a fitter via the FENSA website who was registered with FENSA at the time of installation but recently left and registered with another competent person register. FENSA will not certify my windows, despite the fact that the fitter was registered with FENSA at the time. I cannot see what benefit choosing a FENSA registered trader has provided me - I could have chosen one who was not and registered the windows with building control myself!
I submitted a complaint to their complaints email and have received no reply.
I refer you to their website as a reminder of the promise they offer and have failed to uphold.

Fensa are Great ! They are here to help.
The only thing needs to be is more publicly shown if the building works go wrong and they are governed by them they are 100% here to help as they did with us.
In my words Bodger (Para...t in Dorset) window fitters who ignored us and took 9 months to correct but only with Fensa's help. Back window/door would not shut or open in the slighest sun due to frame not fitted square and we were trapped in home,
Fensa spotted this and air vents went into the brick wall and other faults.
We would give Fense 10 stars if we could, we got our home back thanks to them. Pete.
