Festive Studio Avis 

I ordered a personalised luxury letter from Santa, which cost £16 including £6 postage which was the quickest method.
I was really disappointed when it arrived as it was in a standard envelope and had been bent and creased at some point in the delivery process.
I emailed Festive Studio to explain the issue and that I was disappointed, and explained that for the cost of postage for just a letter, I'd have expected it to be sent in something more sturdy like a card-backed envelope.
I got a reply within an hour, apologising for the problem and explaining that a new one would be issued, and I received it incredibly quickly, in perfect condition this time.
I completely understand that problems can happen, and always judge a company based on how well they're resolved - in this case I was more than satisfied!

I normally leave reviews via Google Maps, this time could not find you there, but what you do left such a great impression on our daughter, on us that I could not just leave it at that, had to find a place to leave this review and say how deeply grateful I am for what you do, for the quality, for the attention to tiniest detail, for the invaluable help in prolonging the belief in something eternally good and magical. A unique and magical experience. This is the best Father Christmas/Santa letter available. From the gold writing and official seal on the envelope to the 'nice list' certificate, etc., everything was perfect. My granddaughter was absolutely over the moon. If you are going to order a santa letter for your child, then use this company, you won't be sorry.

Over the moon with my pet Christmas decorations, they are so lovely I'll be keeping them up all year round lol 😆 100% recommend 😀

What a find!! I bought 4 letters and each one is not only personalised with details specific to each child, the entire content of the letters are different. They are perfect! Jodie replied to my queries so quickly, and on a Sunday! Thank you. I will definitely be buying letters again next year.

Ordered for end of November delivery and still haven’t received my item. This was to link in with a 1st December surprise which has already past. Very disappointed

This is our 4th year ordering from festive studio. All I can say is "magical". The detail in the products is something else. We have ordered the letters, video, book and Christmas eve pack every year. This year I ordered the advent Callander. It looks amazing. Cant wait for the morning. Only down side this year was, I had to pay an extra €15 for postage because I'm in ireland but if im being honest it's worth it.

To receive a personalised video from Santa, the gift boxes, bespoke paper, gift tags, personalised letters, all from Santa himself - it’s just wonderful seeing their faces light up! Ordered Easter pack with baskets for my nieces and they are just wonderful ! Quality, attention to detail is exquisite- I really feel that these were made by people that love children and the magic they bring ! Can’t wait to order Xmas packs - 100% recommend - you won’t be disappointed

Absolutely amazing, every single detail in every product was spot on and my son was absolutely entranced and I was impressed beyond measure with everything but the luxury Christmas box was without doubt the absolute star although the personalised video is pretty much joint for top spot. 1000% recommend
