Absolutely Brilliant! Cant wait to show my children on Christmas Eve! Xxx

I have used Festive Studio for a few years now and my grandaughter absolutely loves it. This year I have purchase the Christmas eve box, this is magical I can't wait to see her little face. The letter, the certificate and the portal video all personalised.

Ordered the Christmas box for my daughter and the Santa video. It is so beautiful and the video is amazing! I had o e issue with a miss printed item but they send me out a new one the very next day, cannot fault them. Used them for a few years now and will continue to do so. Can’t wait to show my daughter.

Got this for my grandson . Absolutely fantastic. Cant wait for him to watch it xmas eve . Even the letter was lovely . He was so excited. Well worth the money . Will definitely recommend and will do again next year

For the last 4 years I have ordered a Christmas letter for my daughter. This year I got her the Christmas Eve box and it’s beyond amazing. Each year my daughter loves the letters and her “Nice List” certificate and this year she will love her box. I can’t wait for her to open it.

Even better then I expected! I ordered the Christmas Eve box with the letter from Santa and a few extra goodies, it’s all be beautifully put together, the detail is impeccable! The small details of their names carved into the pencils and wooden name tags! It’s worth every penny! I’ll definitely be ordering them again next year!

I have ordered letters and Christmas packs for my children from here for a few years now. Despite the cost, I have always been happy.

This year, however, I received a letter that didn’t make sense; “please leave me some milk out on Christmas Eve. They are my favourite”. I emailed the company and they said I should have been asked to select two treats to make this make sense (I wasn’t asked to and just followed website drop down boxes) but did say they would reprint and send. I have heard nothing since so have given the incorrect one to my daughter as it’s only a week until Christmas now. She noticed the error which is a shame.

Disappointed to be honest, I spent nearly £40 so expected better.
I will use someone else in future.

I received my order , a personalised letter and a nice list certificate and was so happy with it . The quality was outstanding and it is perfect in every way. There is so much detail to love and a little piece of magic for my little grandson Arlo and baby granddaughter Edie to keep and treasure .

What a fabulous family run business! Jodie went above and beyond for me and the product is more beautiful than I ever could’ve imagined! 5 Star service and 5 Star product quality. These items for my son will be treasured for many years.

As I'm not very tech savvy I had difficulty downloading my video but Jodie was so helpful I got it. It's really beautiful I was in tears. I love it, thanks to all involved.

Wow, we were NOT disappointed. The quality of it is exceptional. Was really nicely packaged. Felt like an Apple product when opened. The box was high quality and the experience of opening everything was everything you'd expect for something sent from Santa.
It arrived within a couple of days and our daughters face was a picture.
If you fancy something a little different, definitely go check them out.
We ordered a video and audio message too. We were surprised how quick the video and audio message was made. Thank you.

Ordered a child's card from Santa on 30th NOVEMBER and its dispatched on 10th DECEMBER! NOT ACCEPTABLE, children wait and pray for these letters, once ordered you should turn the order around in 48 hours, NOT 10 days!!

Read Festive Studio's comments, looks like they have lost their Christmas cheer!
And there you have it folks, a company which do not honour there orders and cancel in order to ruin a child's Christmas. They stated the order had been sent yesterday (Monday 11th December) so how did they cancel the order today (Tuesday 12th December)? A bare faced lie. Who would be so low as to physically remove a child's letter.......Festive Studio that's who.
DO NOT PLACE your orders with Festive Studio - the owner is a disgusting person who should be thoroughly ashamed of upsetting a young child.
Follow up: I didnt issue any demands, I stated that in order for me to comply with Festive Studio's request which was that I remove the review, I wanted them to send my child's letter by overnight delivery (not unreasonable given the circumstances) and for an apology to be issued on Trustpilot, then I would amend my review to clarify there efforts to resolve the issue, not remove the review and to never post again, which was an unreasonable request on their behalf.

I ordered personalised Santa letters for my two children and had to select a number of items to form the personalisation.

I was fully expecting the letters to be identical, except for the bits that I entered...to my delight, the letters were completely different.

The level of detail and thought that have gone in to these letters and the quality have blown me away.

I'll definitely be ordering again.

I would not recommend to buy if you are in Ireland. I've been buying from here for 5years. This year the certificate are €5 and the letters are €5. So €10 a child, which in fairness my kids love the letters and I usually purchase the refill packs for 2 boxes I've purchased in the past. It was so expensive this year i didn't. This year for my 3 kids and 2 nieces it was €65. €10 was postage. I just got charged €6.50 customs and tax to be able to receive them. I literally ordered letters and certs. So €71.50 for paper. What's the point in paying postage. Never again.

Yes festive studio has been in contact with me. I do appreciate that, but it is just asking me to remove or change my review. My review is warning people that if you live in Ireland there are more expenses than you think, and it is already fairly pricey. What's the point in trust pilot if companies are allowed endlessly contact you to request you remove a rightful review? I paid €64.80 for 5 letters and then charged separately from DPD. I've upped my stars to 3 for the contact but I'm not removing my review.

Hi, just wanted to say how beautiful the Easter box is & I cannot get over the quality. Photos were beautiful but the actual product has exceeded my expectations. £25 was a bargain! Have a lovely Easter & thank you. Sophie x

Having purchased several items from festive studio at Christmas time over the last few years I decided to take the plunge at Easter. The bunny box was beautiful, every item crafted with care and attention to detail. The packaging was excellent too. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
