Shocking Service.....
Ordered the product and PAID for delivery which told me it would be 3-5 days. Waited 5 working days and heard absolutely nothing! Had to spend time chasing it up including getting out of office replies and making several phone calls. Was then told it was out of stock at my local branch and they couldn't give me a delivery date!!! At first they suggested I drive 2 hours to a different branch to collect it!! (really!!!) Then said they could part send the order from another branch but would be 2 days before I receive it - that is the best they can do! Shocking service and highly disappointing!! Shan't be wasting my time with them again!

Bought some plate glass in early July…
Bought some plate glass in early July this year. They supplied an A-frame on the lorry and charged £55 plus VAT for the A-frame, to be refunded on return to Alfreton.
It wasn't even taken off the lorry and went straight back to the depot.
Having not received my refund I started asking for it.
Cutting a long story short, I got very annoyed today (21st September 2026) and they finally told me (for the FIRST time) to email their refunds department for it.
Originally I was told 3-5 days, not almost eternal prevarication. I'm sure they'll reply with some story but what's complicated about an agreed refund at the point of sale?
Makes one furious to think.
And the glass has a chip in it but I let that ride. BIG mistake!

I loved the fact that the components…
I loved the fact that the components arrived quickly but the bank suggested it might be a fake site. On trying to contact the main number it just continually rang out.
Consumer confidence needs to be maintained with just someone there to pick up the phone.
All in, very pleased, Just get someone to take a call when needed
