I actual asked for the items
I actual asked for the items, so i thought to be delivered to FH brundle Southampton so I could collect them and not delivered to my home as nobody would be at home. Also when order i was told they were on stock it wasn't clear it was at another branch. Made an unnecessary visit to collect as wasn't clear.
