Very efficient & professional
Regular updates and communication through the whole process.
Mikah and Callum were always kind and friendly toward us even when we expressed frustrations surrounding things which were beyond their control. Mikah was right on the ball from the very start, very knowledgable and professional. I recently bought my first property on auction and dealt with Sam. He was professional, friendly and made sure I understood every step of the process. Once the application proceeded, Yasmine was assigned to completion process who was equally as brilliant as Sam! Always very responsive and thorough. Definitely would recommend!!!

Excellent service
I recently purchased my first home and used Finamply to arrange my mortgage, and I honestly couldn’t recommend Lily enough! She has been absolutely amazing from start to finish incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and always there to answer any questions, no matter how big or small. She made what could have been a really stressful process feel so straightforward and easy, and I always felt completely supported throughout. I’d also like to give a special mention to Justine, who has been an absolute star at keeping us updated and making sure we were always kept in the loop every step of the way. They really are a dream team, and I couldn’t recommend Lily and Justine enough. Thank you both so much for all your help, support, and guidance throughout the whole process!

Excellent experience!
The journey so far with Finamply has been very smooth and very easy. Ryan Leng started the process with me and went above and beyond to find me the best deal. The hours he has put into my application has been incredible and far exceeds what you would ever expect. Hana then took over once the application was made and approved and again so far has been very good at communicating everything. Mortgages can be very hard to understand and very overwhelming but both Ryan and Hana have made everything so easy to understand and seem a lot less daunting. Thank you both!

Our adviser explored the options available and worked hard to secure the most suitable rate possible based on your individual circumstances and the lenders available at the time. Unfortunately, mortgage rates are set by lenders and the wider market, so there are times when the options and rates available to us as brokers are more limited.
