She talked me through each step and everything that’s Available and any extras I may want to include in my policy. Very friendly service 10/10
Made my day brighter after having a bad day and explained what happened next and when my policy is due to start and how much each month payments would be.

Really helpful staff. Charlie who talked me through our options was great. Easy to understand and very helpful. Got a good deal on a slightly complicated home insurance.

I have had contents insurance with First2Protect for around 5 years now and they’ve always been super helpful.
I am due to move house soon and have been looking to get buildings instance. I spoke with Curtis Gillard today who was very knowledgeable and super helpful and friendly. He was also very honest and did not want me to spend more than I should have to. Thank you ☺️

Was phoned by James Wellum, a very nice chap and patient chap. He had a good phone manner and gave some helpful pointers when going through the best cover for myself.

Advised this company from my mortgage advisor. Provided a quote of £360 per year (£370 if paid monthly). The company rang me and pressured me on the phone to accept the policy and did not end the phone until I signed up for it. Fortunately, the policy did not go live when I wished to cancel. I contacted through the live chat who informed me to ring. I was put through to Wesley who pretended like he could not hear me on the phone when I stated I wished to cancel my policy. I know this wasn’t my signal as I was originally put through to a woman who forwarded me to this Wesley. I was then forwarded to another person who was very patronising on the phone telling me that the policy was not that expensive and that other companies have hidden fees, deposit ect. Luckily managed to cancel this eventually. Got home insurance for half the price with same coverage, no hidden fees or deposit.

The agent ( James ) was very knowledgeable and helpful, he did exactly what he said he would do with sending information and calling back.
They gave a competitive price and I would definitely recommend.

They were given my number by my mortgage advisor as I was finding it difficult to get insurance for my new build and it was sorted within 30 minutes.
Great customer service and went out of his way to help.

My partner and I have just bought our first home. I spoke with Thomas regarding a new home insurance policy. He was extremely professional, curtious and really took time to explain everything in great detail. What is usually a very monotonous process was made much easier by Thomas's friendly approach. Excellent customer service!
