I have a great experience with Amber Fish, who is my First Tech Premier representative. She gives us frequent follow ups and informs us early all promotion opportunities that she thinks will benefit us. She answers all questions as best as possible and sometimes refers us to other financial experts. She even poses some topics that she thinks we should consider ahead of time. We have been with First Tech Credit Union for decades and it is still our key primary bank. We appreciate that First Tech assigns dedicated representatives like Amber Fish to us.

Benny Mirsan has been my go-to contact at this credit union for years now, and he consistently delivers. He responds quickly, gives me the information I need, and connects me with the right people when my question falls on a different department (e.g. insurance).
