They actually sent the wrong knife and, by way of a very generous apology, they sent a replacement by next day delivery and allowed me to keep the one sent in error.

I have 10 different flint and flame knives. They’re a pleasure to use.
The company customer service is also strong. I had an issue with one of my knives and they replaced it with zero problems.

Bought knives at Seaham food festival and over phone both men were really helpful and informative.
When received ones through post had difficulty getting Nakuru 6” out of sheaf, thought was going to either ring up ans ask for help or wait until stronger friend came! However, when I tried next day managed and no problems since. All are really useful and I’m more than happy with them.
Surprised I had to show proof of age at 74 obviously over 18! Wouldn’t accept bus pass had to show driving licence. If I hadn’t been listening to Sunderland match on radio would have challenged driver what they’d accept if person didn’t have driving licence or passport. Know it’s not your fault seems government initiative, surely common sense could be used! All family are looking forward to seeing your stall at next year’s Seaham food festival.

Good quality product which works well

I brought this knive at a shie in Norfolk and live it.its lovely yo be sble to slice and up vegetables meat etc easily and cleanly
I have since brought 1 for each of my 4 sons.

A replacement knife was provided for an existing one which had become discoloured.
Despite this small issue Flint & Flame knives are, from years of experience, superb quality and as a company they operate to the highest standards.
