The flooring arrived quickly. The service was good however when laid the tongues and grooves didn't line up properly on the adjoining boards so there was a slight ridge.

Fast delivery, attentive service and competitive prices..

Very good service,
unfortunately my first order was damaged,
but the damaged boards were replaced.
My second order was better only one board was with little damaged nothing big.
Over all a very good company,

I ordered a product to go under chipboard flooring for work on my home. The product was no longer available so the team at floor scan called me to let me know. They asked about my project and were able to give me an alternative, which has worked out really well. The bonus is the new product is made out of recycled plastic so pleased to be sustainable too.

Great products, and after a poor courier service, our complaint was answered and dealt with really well. All due Credit Simon called back on a Sunday to deal with a slight issue.

Great customer service

I have two orders with Floorscan Acoustics. The office helpfully consolidated the order and I was able to add to the first order. The first has gone into back order after I had received an email indicating a delivery date. Luckily, this item is not yet on the critical path.
The office rang to apologise that the second order delivery would be a day late when it was arriving on the delivery date I expect had been first noticed of.
Dealings with the office have been good.
I will report if invited on the back order.....
And the back order has arrived with a day notice. Upped to 5star because they kept me informed. I'd use them again if required but have mentioned them to others more likely to need the product.
