We have used Focus prior to this move and we were hoping for another good service.
Unfortunately they have totally changed.
During our recent move they broke 3 televisions one very large mirror and also damaged a front door. They didn't protect items as stated on quote and when we complained they didn't want to know.
Basically told us it was our word against the workers and offered a stupid amount of £120 for damages.
The insurance is obviously a waste of time and I would advise everyone to stay well away from this company.

We tried to claim but we're told that they won't accept any responsibility and offered £79.
Absolute joke and advise NEVER deal with them

Dave and Nath worked so hard at both ends of our move and were a pleasure to deal with. They were really careful and considerate and got on with the task at hand. Nothing was broken and everything ended up in the right rooms. They were very polite and nice and at a stressful time of moving house we couldn't have asked to meet a better or nicer team. Goods damaged and missing. High value items missing suspect theft but the MD, Lee refused to investigate or correspond with me. Office staff lovely. But I wouldn't use. Check them out on companies house .. have obviously had issues before... Lee you could have avoided negative feedback by responding!

Flawless! John summers and Scott Brady I could not have done this move without you both! I’m a single mum and I was so worried about all the things I needed to move. They were both great from start to finish. Teesside branch. Few more lads joined took TVs off the walls. Scott put my beds back up. John was like a machine with all the lifting. There was only one guy that turned up for 20 mins that moaned from start to finish. Let his team down. If I was moving again I would personally ask for John and Scott, these guys were great I’ve never known workers like them! Got my keys late but it was no problem to them. No pressure. These guys are an asset to the company. Thank you!

Good customer service from the office, very helpful and included a video call to go through what was being moved. Scott and Dave from Teeside branch were very accommodating, packed the van one day (in a storm) and delivered the next. Would recommend.

We are left with items damaged (TV cracked, microwave dented and scratched and leg in a shelves unit broken) and items missing... We have moved so many times and we have never lost anything until now! So many items missing, isn't that strange?! Do not recommend! Unless you want to walk around your house and go though all your items all over again, hoping, that you are going to find your stuff...
I would also like to add the fact that the microwave was loaded last so should be unloaded first, but they missed it. If it wasn't for me contacting them after a week regarding this they would probably never reach out to return it... It's been left in the lorry... Once again. Never had this type of issue before. So frustrated as they are denying everything!

First of all, Don’t get me wrong they did what they were supposed to. But they were reckless with my furniture throwing it around everywhere throwing it into the van. This is why i didn’t pack any of my vinyl records! This might make me sound like a karen but they took like 10 breaks! Took them ages to remove my furniture being careless and they even left a hole on my wall! They were nice lads but horrible service 0/10
