The breaded green beans arrived very quickly and very well packaged. A yummy treat received quickly......what could be better! What I like most about this Company is their products, of course, and their customer service. The customer service is outstanding. I have not had any problems at all with this Company, but I have wanted to ask questions after I placed an order and the young women that I have chated with or talked with have been so kind, thoughtful, and fully aware of anything that I asked them. They know how things work! Always able to immediately answer my question and correctly answer it. It's a pleasure to experience this type of service in todays work practices. And the food that I've ordered has all been delicious. I especially recomment the 9 oz lobster tails, coconut fried shrimp, and the Chudleigh's apple blossom pastries. Just my personal favorite.

ordered frozen food arrives frozen!!
ordered frozen food, always arrives frozen with dry ice. Other companies use ice packs and food is barely cool and thawed. I only order frozen from foodservice direct

I've been purchasing Jones chicken breakfast sausage links for years. They are are so-so good. That name Jones stands out in my family for seasoning and taste, so when I saw that they had a chicken breakfast sausage patty, I immediately jump the opportunity to purchase enough to last.
