Quick shipping and great packing
Quick shipping. I bought Vie de France frozen half risen baguettes. They arrived packed so well it was like they never left the freezer. Great job from someone who has been in the restaurant business for 50 years.

Great shopping & delivery experience
My order got here very quickly & right on time, just like always. I can always count on FSD. When they say it's in stock, IT IS IN STOCK. I ordered shrimp & it arrived in great condition. Maybe 1/3 of the way thawed, but still with ice chunks. This is very consistent with frozen goods I order from other companies shipping to my location, so this is in line with my expectations. The shrimp came in the producer's box, then packed securely in a styrofoam chest. No damages, no exposure -- perfect. I won't hesitate to order again. Food Service Direct has consistently earned my trust.

Very well pagkaged for shipping
I never thought the products I ordered could be kept cold enough for the length of time the delivery would take. They were well packed in a well insulated styrofoam container. Not only did they arrive cold, there was enough dry ice left to keep the packace cold more than a day after the products were safely stored in our freezer and refrigerator. GREAT JOB.
