The idea for “FORE” Business came about in 2013 when the founders, Sean Fergusson & Arron Busst, met at a local networking event and got talking about golf as a common interest. They soon got round to talking about the business successes they had on the golf course. It became clear business and golf has always unofficially gone hand in hand. The green being the perfect ‘playing field’ for important business meetings, discussions and negotiations to take place; so “FORE” Business was born with the thought, ‘what better way to encourage successful business relationships, than to create an actual members club for business owners who enjoy golf and love to network?’. "FORE" Business now has over 1700 members across 120 groups that are part of our ever growing community. Our groups meet every month across the UK, USA, Spain and Dubai and we have seen in excess of £250 million pounds worth of new business being shared on and off the golf course. I joined Fore in June 22' after several of my friends and connections recommending it. As the main promoter and developer of new business in my Company, I network a lot but had been looking for something a bit more substantive. I had played golf on and off for many years but hadn't dedicated proper time to my game, that all changed when I joined Fore. I'm getting to play golf at some great courses whilst utilising my flexi membership as this allows me to play at other courses that are part of the Fore network, even outside of the UK! I have made some great business connections and gained some fabulous clients. Fore is a great network!

If you've not taken the leap and teed off with a FORE golfing membership, then go for it. I've been a member for only four months, but I've made some great contacts and developed some cracking business relationships. The monthly rollup Zooms also allow you to meet members, open up conversations, and arrange new places to play as a bonus.

I joined ForeBusiness in Oct 22 when I took the plunge into self employment and set up my own business.
Being completely honest, it was only as an excuse to play more golf. After a couple of meetings I started to make what I now class as friends and get some business referrals from the other members. I also made some really great connections that have enhanced the service I can provide to my clients.
In short, I love FB. I play golf and network, what could be better !

The only regret I have about Fore Business is that I didn’t join sooner!
As a Flexi Member, I make the most of playing courses all over the UK, treating my membership like a full-time guilt-free business golf holiday. Not only do I get to enjoy incredible courses, but I’ve also built some fantastic relationships along the way.
Financially, it’s been a no-brainer—I’ve saved 10 years’ worth of membership fees just by using the services of other members, and I’ve also generated new business in return. The value is unreal.
The weekly Zoom call on Wednesdays is another key part of my membership. It keeps me connected with the network, provides great business opportunities, and ensures I stay engaged even when I’m not on the course.
Fore Business is a fantastic network that I’m proud to be part of. If you’re in business and love golf, you need to join—just don’t make the mistake of waiting like I did!

The Power Of Nationwide Networking
As a member of Fore Business, I am always impressed with the number of networking opportunities available to members. Great Network of Active Business Referrers
I've been a part of Fore Business for 3 months now and only have positive things to say. As a Corporate Solicitor at Wright Hassall LLP I'm always looking to learn more about businesses in the UK and meet business owners, entrepreneurs, and their professional advisors.
The network is full of warm contacts looking to help each other out and the structure of the various meetings and rounds of golf are set up brilliantly to encourage referrals. In the 3 months I've been a member, Fore Business have introduced features like their new member portal, and there are other tools promised on the horizon, to improve the offering and make connecting with new contacts easier. Its refreshing to join a group that doesn't sit on its laurels, and is continuously innovating to improve the experience for its members.
