I have moved out of the rented flat for over a month and still haven't received my deposit back. All I was told is that they couldn't come to a mutual understanding with the landlord and suggested to open a case on TDS.

I had the pleasure to speak with Nazim Uddin from Fraser & Co, as I was interested in one of their listings in Hammersmith. Throughout our communication, Nazim was direct, candid, polite and genuine. I have dealt with many terrible estate agents (ie: particularly Foxtons, unprofessional set of people) and find them disrespectful, abhorrent and disturbed in their communication style and how they conduct business. Nazim is an exception and treats the client and his relation with the client long term, which is easy to notice in his communication. He made me feel and observe, he genuinely loves what he does. That makes a difference in my experience and how I view a business. As much as he represents himself as an agent, he represents the organization he is a part of. Goodness begets goodness, it just is. All the best to the team at Fraser & Co., it was a pleasure to work with you guys, albeit brief.

I have been using the services of Fraser & Co estate agents and in particular our property manager Nazim Uddin since 8 years ago. Nazim has led us from the start of the purchase off plan of our B2L property, through the rental management service and finally the property sale process. They have been always very proffessional, trustworthy and provided constant and reliable support in every step of the way. I am appalled by their poor quality of service. Lighting issues in the entire apartment, broken thermostat. They do not coordinate well with the landlord and frankly don't care to resolve matters once they rent an apartment.

The apartment hasn't had functional facilities for 60% of the tenancy. The complaint was sent to fraiser on the 25th of October 2022 and till date it stands unresolved. Today is the 16th of February 2023
We pay high rent and get a very low experience.

Current tenant with one of their properties. Pretty poor experience - takes ages to get hold of someone if you need them, issues never get fixed, and staff don't bother to follow up any issues or queries you have.

They're good up until you sign the contract, and then they just don't care.

A revolving door of staff means that any staff member I've spoken to, and think is responsible for my property, is no longer there the next time I need to speak to them - you then spend weeks trying to track down the right person to speak to.

My experience with Fraser & Co didn't start in the best way as the agent that showed us the apartment wasn't completely honest, however, with time any issue was solved in no time and we received always the support needed throughout the 2 years I lived in one of their apartments. Our property manager was Zuzanna, which I truly respect; besides, she is lovely! Thank you to you and your team! If I will ever return to London I will definitely contact you for a flat!

(updated & edited) I chased them for months on end over phone and email to return my deposit. It finally took a negative review site to get my deposit back. At least trustpilot seems to be a semi-reliable escalation path, but the day-to-day office staff are otherwise unresponsive and unprofessional.

Nazim Uddin agent at Fraser and Co has done an amazing job getting me a suitable tenant for my property in the UK. Since I live abroad he has managed everything from collecting the keys to carrying out various viewings with high quality tenants. Nazim even managed to get me 6 months rent upfront which under the current economic climate difficult to do. Thanks again

Omid is prompt, professional and was very helpful in finding a property. His commitment is reflected in his attention to detail. He is very knowledgeable, accessible and great in his ability to communicate clearly. Omid helped me sort out a few obstacles which I encountered during the purchase, as well helping me in every step of the way. It was a positive experience and a joy to work with him He has always been the first point of contact when I faced any problem with the property and if I can’t get hold of any other member of the team.

Do not care the slightest about their tenants or leaseholders.

Seriously, avoid.

Zuzanna has been absolutely fantastic. First class service in supporting myself, and assisting with the management of my property!

Omid has been absolutely amazing from the day he showed us the first viewing till today. We feel confident in all options he has brought to us and he has continued to support us after sales too. We hope to work with Omid again on our next property. Highly recommended.
