In terms of a letting agent Fraser & Co are always extremely helpful, in particular through our correspondence with Zuzanna.

Very reliable and quick to respond, Zuzanna made sure we were always kept in the loop in terms of any issues in our flat, she’s very attentive to the tenants and has made our overall experience with Fraser one of the best we’ve had!

I enquired about the One West Point development via email and was called by Remzi Halil within 10 minutes. He explained all aspects of the development very clearly and arranged a viewing for us.

He personally showed us the show apartment on the building site and answered all our questions. Once we decided to proceed to offer, he negotiated a great deal for us. He also put us in touch with some conveyancing options.

Since then, he has stayed in touch with regular phone calls and texts. The Customer Service has frankly been exceptional.

Like all deals, there was a slight hiccup when the developer told us that the apartment we selected was no longer available to us but Remzi worked on our behalf to secure the same format apartment but at a higher level for the same price as we originally agreed and thus saving us a huge amount of money in the process.

I can’t recommend Remzi and Fraser and Company enough.

Professional and Rapid response here with Remzi-Fraser and Co.He solved most of my issues with patience and He helped a lot for communicating on both solicitor and broker side to make sure the property I am looking for can be exchanged without any unexpected time manner.

I had an excellent overall experience dealing with Fraser and Co with the help of Omid. In the end we secured a property. Although we did pull out of another property with the same agent a couple weeks earlier, our reservation fee was kindly refunded. Omid remained a pleasure to deal with throughout and even after completion was available for other queries we had.

Fraser & Co has predatory practices. I wanted to get a video viewing of an apartment and discuss some terms with the landlord to determine whether to place an offer. The agent I talked to insisted that I would have to pay my holding deposit before any of this. This is not standard practice among any of the other agents in London. It is unreasonable to ask for a payment before I even decide if I want to place an offer on an apartment. The agent was trying to limit the ability of a potential tenant to make informed decisions.

TLDR Fraser & Co is asking for a deposit on a apartment before I can have a viewing.

I contacted them for a mortgage broker advice and I was quickly contacted by one person who dealt perfectly with my requirements and analysis. Jessica was very respectful, kind and knowledgeable.

Literally the worst of many many letting agents i have worked with. They will rent your property to any degenerate they can find. It will be let, but they will not follow legal protocols, jeopardizing your legal case should any tenant be destructive or delinquent.

Your emails will not be answered, your calls will not be returned, they will pass you along to other “managers” without notifying you. Completely useless

There are nothing but bunch of liars. Always speak on behalf of the landlord. Turlly un-professional, biased and crooks. Never go with any of their listed properties.

Have forwarded proof dishonestly and fraudlent practices by the landlords and your agency fully supporting the same at "info at fraser.uk.com" .
