I used to love frremans but disappointed that now they have roman goods which is awkward to return goods. How long do we need to wait

Trying to return items is impossible. Still not resolved despite four lengthy phone calls, and two complaints lodged.

Easy ordering and prompt delivery. Unfortunately items were too small I do fin their sizing is very inconsistent.

Never had problems with them happy to help

Excellent all round experience of shopping with Freemans. Order delivered the next day and excellent products. One dress didn't suit but very easily returned with label included in parcel.

Do not ever try to close your account with them
It takes hours while they ignore you and come up with ridiculous responses when they do acknowledge you !
Still fighting to close my Account !

Terrible terrible!! do not use them at all. Did not receive item and chasing up refund for near a month. To be passed about time and time again. Need staff who know what they are doing!

Returned products to Freemans via drop off waited a week then contacted them for refund.I was told it takes 10days !!!! After 10 days called was told refund will be there .Called again and was told they could nt find goods despite being told the week before they have goods.I am now being told to wait for an e mail from them in the next 3 days .I asked who else i could speak to mgnt etc but was told there are no managers. Rediculous I won t be ordering from them again needless to say.

While I really like the item I received from Freemans I am not at all happy with the delivery service, why are they still using evri???. Parcel left outside the door while I was at home. Not sure if I'll order anything from Freemans again because of the delivery service.

Have used Freemans for many and there service is very good, have few or no problem with receiving parcels and returning parcels using Evri where I live

Ordered 3 items which ask had different details dates. Communication was good and delivery was quicker for some items than others but as I wasn't in a hurry for any of them that's fine for me.

Love this top with my sage skirt , very light lemon true to size

Excellent customer service and resolved my issue were very helpful and friendly

Bought for a present , but not giving it till next week. Hence the 4 stars. But it came quick, and looks very good and well made.
