I found the website easy to navigate but was disappointed that the special offer of 20% discount did not apply to most of the items on offer. However, I did order an item and it arrived fairly quickly in good order. I would say that I was not notified that the courier had received the order for delivery and only knew that the item had been dispatched by checking on my account on the website.

Fast delivery and very easy returns policy... Which makes life easy for me an oldie.... Pity the boots didn't fit..... Sizing needs sorting out I take size 8 or size 42 European.... Some shoes are sold as size 8 but are only size 41 European

Been a customer for many decades, a great one stop place with a hoard of fab brands, excellent service and well.

I have been a Freemans agent for well over 40 years so they must be doing something right. I try to take advantage of special deals giving 20 % reduction which applied to my most recent order. My experience with this order was very mixed : one item was perfect and arrived promptly , the 2nd item was far too tight although my normal size and the 3 rd was either lost or damaged by Evri.
My real and ongoing problem with Freemans is Evri ? Items seem to be delayed or damaged at their delivery hub , delivered with about 10 minutes warning or no warning at all.
I now experience real difficulty in finding suitable clothes as I am only 5 ft 2 and fairly slim. Many of Freemans items recently do not show the length of a skirt or dress ,so I decide not to order as it's too much bother to return if not suitable. There is very little choice for Petite fitting. Over the years I have relied very heavily on Freeman's for my clothes but now find it much harder to find items to fit .
I hope I will be able to celebrate 50 years as an agent in a few years time.

Ordered the women’s Together tan suede jacket and must admit I was a bit dubious about ordering having read some of the other reviews. However it arrived the next day and I’m really pleased with it! It’s a lovely soft suede in a gorgeous colour. Will be great for Spring. A little pricy but took advantage of the 25% discount so wasn’t too bad.

Evri delivery service seems to have declined, delivery times given are around 9pm, sometimes the parcel get delivered around 10pm. I am always home but the delivery person never rings the bell. Just leaves that parcel and send a picture which i receive by email. Then I go and retrieve it. Or sometimes i just get a notification that it will be delivered the next day.

Fast delivery of quality products. Recommend.
