There customer service is very disappointing, i heard nothing for weeks when my item would be delivered! Had to chase them up myself going round the houses trying to speak to a person and not a machine!!! in the end it took 6 weeks for my item to arrive which is very poor quality will never order from freemans again

Unfortunately my goods have not arrived. Evri have been ‘processing’ since last Wednesday and have not had the courtesy to tell me when they will deliver! My package was supposed to be 2 day delivery.
I have no idea why Freemans use them. So unreliable. So I’m not impressed.

Freeman's service is always brilliant! I have had problems with some Evri deliveries, where things have not been delivered - false photos(or photos at spurious addresses) and not to me! When Clare does the Evri delivery - everything is fantadtic - unfortunately, not all the courriers are the same.
The products are generally very good - returns are never a problem when necessary - but sizing is not always accurate or constant.
All the same, I am a happy, grateful customer.

Not great firstly I ordered 2 items which i received notification they where in stock and ordered 2 weeks maybe more later i received email telling me due to stock levels one was sold out so my order got canceled I then went online to cancel the other item which I have proof I did and couple of weeks later the item was sent out to me me I contacted regarding this but never got hold of anyone

Returning shoes ordered a size 4 the box said a size 4 but the shoes in the box are a size 5

Customer service are atrocious! I have tried five times to tell them my account is showing the wrong returned item. It's like banging your head against the wall with them. I should have been refunded £50 but instead they claim I've sent a different item back so only refunded me £19. I'm so annoyed with them. They ask for proof, I send proof that I've returned the item,they just don't understand. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Very easy app to navigate. Prices surprisingly reasonable. Quick and we'll informed delivery. Item arrived exactly as described. Would highly recommend.

I have been shopping with Freemans for many years, and find them fair and reliable, quick delivery on orders . Reasonable prices comparable with the High Street. Homeward goods are all top quality and fair prices, launder well. Free returns.

After ordering two items separately at freemans. Which is my first order. The delivery date was supposed to be 7 days, no updated information received within the 7 days. I contacted Freemans to ask why I had not received the orders to be told it’s not 7 days but 14 days. Not very good service when there no notification of this and you get a delivery date when you place the order and you also pY a deliverY charge.

Its all good for me with freemans. I love their choices . I never even thought to shop with freemans but one day I had a browse and they have some lovely dresses and stuff. Delivery is good also . We have a lovely evri driver always delivers when he says. Yes I like this shop .

I ordered a few items and when I picked them up from my shop there was one missing the parcel looked like that it was opened then taped shut again. I phoned and they said they couldn't find it so ordering it again for me. The thing is it says on the email make sure next time to get it delivered to somewhere safe so no one can take it, well it was delivered to my local shop so is that not safe enough where is. Someone had opened it before it was delivered so you have no chance. Don't want anyone to think I have stole it. I know it wasn't Freeman's problem but it annoyed me to think I left it some where to be taken .

Iv never had a bad experience with Freemans or the delivery service, everything arrived on time or before, quality items and excellent delivery, I've contacted customer service once through their quick and easy messaging service, my query was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Fab service, great prices, quality clothing and furniture highly recommended.

I can always rely on Freemans for great products and service. Prices to suit every pocket and choice of how to pay.

Great selection of clothes , I ordered wrong size , sent back collected from evri , did another order and within a few days my clothes arrived , perfect , delivery smooth , friendly and efficient ,

I love this shop always have great deals and super products, fast delivery as well - am always coming back

Delivery was quick. Evri driver polite and helpful.
Sadly, the shoes I ordered are too wide and have been returned.

I have no negative comments to make about Freemans.
