From initial phone contact thy did all that they promised. including clear pricing policy. Darko and his van were well presented and because he attended my home address I gave him the car keys. After what felt like half an hour the job was completed with ample fuel for me to fill up locally. Total satisfaction!!!

I had filled my van with the wrong fuel…
I had filled my van with the wrong fuel late at night. I had a look on Google and found fuelfixer. After giving them a call they were able to send someone out and Tommy was there within the hour.
Tommy was very friendly, professional and fast. He knew his stuff and was able to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend fuelfixer

Fuel hero / fixer did what they said after I stupidly put ultimate unleaded petrol in diesel van. The engineer appeared promptly and got me back on road within the hour. Very expensive mistake but thanks for sorting and getting me back on road.

Fuel mishap!
Last night, had issues with unfortunately filling my car with diesel rather than petrol. After phoning numerous different companies, I got these guys and a phenomenal chat who goes by the name DundeeDave. He arrived within about 45/50 minutes of my call and quickly drained the tank and got me safely on my way. An absolute gentleman who made me feel less of an idiot than I had felt at the time. Dave is a credit to the company!

Csaba came to my rescue today after I put the wrong fuel in my car. He was a very pleasant man who didn't judge and was kind understanding.
The call out time was as predicted and to the minute. Bang on one hour wait.

The technician Bela was brilliant
The technician Bela was brilliant. He was professional, courteous, thorough and efficient. He explained every step of the process really well, which left me feeling very confident of the service he was providing. 1 hour later my campervan was back on the road. I would highly recommend this company. All the staff were very helpful and kept me informed at every stage from the initial booking to the completion of the job.
