Quick and easy. Arrived within 40mins, Bela the engineer was very helpful and explained everything.

Started off really helpful on the phone then became very pushy with bookings when I asked for some time to check other providers to the point I have used someone else who was also cheaper.

What a fabulous guy csaba is came to our rescue after my partner used wrong petrol made light of the situation… was kind and helpful disnt wait long can’t thank him enough great guy

Like a complete donkey, I filled my motor bike with v power diesel instead of v power petrol. I called fuel fixer who arrived only 45 minutes after my call. Csaba was very professional and courteous with some very amusing stories while he drained the tank. Once done, he waited until I had filled up with petrol to make sure the bike ran properly. Great service 10/10

David went above and beyond to get my car back on the road. A hybrid so more challenging than most. He made sure we were well on our way to top up with the right fuel. Couldn’t recommend more highly truly excellent cheerful service.

I called Fuel Fixer as I’d inadvertently put Adblue into my fuel tank. Within 90mins Csaba was here on my drive. What a lovely personable man he is! Explained the process and explained every step he performed. I would thoroughly recommend Fuel Fixer if you’re ever as stupid as I was!

I could not believe I had put 20 litres of diesel into my petrol tank but the receipt proved I had. The engine still ran but not at all well and I did not wish to risk any engine damage to my classic car. The Fuel Fixers experience was absolutely perfect, I had been fortunate I was nearby to their technician. Ben who took the call was very considerate, helpful and efficient as was Tom who came and extracted the 60 litres. He had a very well equipped van and the whole experience was faultless.

Stellar service. Trevor is polite, knowledgable and professional. He arrived in less than a few minutes and sorted everything out within 20 mi it’s from his arrival.Ben who booked it in was also a pleasure to deal with. I strongly advise against using Fuel Fixer. They exploited a highly stressful emergency situation, using aggressive pressure selling and scare tactics while I was panicked about the immediate safety of my wife, my mother-in-law, and our vehicle.

They tried to lock me into a price that was 100% higher than the standard industry fee for a simple fuel drain. Realising I was being overcharged, I called them back to cancel the order within 5 minutes of placing it.

According to Fuel Fixer’s own Terms and Conditions (Clause 23), any cancellation made within 5 minutes of ordering will be processed without any charges. Despite this, they unlawfully retained a £150.00 deposit. At no point during the initial phone call was I informed that a deposit would be taken and deemed non-refundable.

This company preys on panicked motorists and completely ignores its own published cancellation policies to pocket your money. I have already escalated this unlawful charge to the Motor Ombudsman, Trading Standards, and my bank. Do yourself a favour and use a different recovery service.

Caaba who came to my rescue was delightful and so efficient. I felt totally confident that I’d be back on the road quickly. I only waited just over 40 minutes after the call and when he arrived knew I was in safe hands. Can’t thank Csaba enough for his kindness and turning a stupid mistake… diesel into my fiat which stopped halfway between the local garage and home…into a good experience.

Very kind over the phone especially since I was very embarrassed to be calling after putting the wrong fuel in my car but they were kind and professional throughout. Bela was very kind and communicated with me throughout the process of cleaning out my fuel tank. Very happy with the service I received and the time it took but will be making sure not to make the same mistake again.

I called Fuel Fixers after being let down by another company and had already waited for 2 hours, Luke was great on the phone and got an engineer to come in less than 1 hour. Bela the engineer was very professional, expalined and walked me through the whole process, very pleasant and polite guy. My experience with them is great, I recommend giving them a call if you ever find yourself in this situation, they are reassuring and reasonably priced.
