Csaba came and fixed my issue in about 20 minutes. Only positives about my experience with the driver/ drainer. Been charged 330 quid. Bit expensive, but.. ok. I bet the drainer is not the one setting the price.

Bela and Fuel Fixer were great. They efficiently were able to clear out the fuel and get us back on the road as quickly as possible.

Was dealt with drainer call CSABA, came to me within 1hr on a busy Friday (West Midlands), he re assured me in what will happen. The job got done within 20 mins or so. Extremely happy and satisfied. Best service ever

Bela came out and sort my car when a delivery driver put petrol in my new diesel car. A lovely chap with a great smile and fun personality got straight to work and was all finished in half hour woth our problem rectified. From phone call to a fully working car took fuel fixers less than 3hrs

Was promised a fuel and contamination extraction. They booked the job took the money promising, cleaning of the tank, filtering of the fuel, removal of any paint flakes and rust and done the next morning for £250 on a 200 litre boat stainless tank, with 75 Litres of fuel in it.

The engineer called to check in ahead of the job just for a "tank drain" none of the notes and 2 calls had made its way onto his job sheet. This simple failure to understand what service their business actually delivers has significantly impacted a deadline, caused extra cost and running around

For reference I had some paint flakes clogging up my 10 micron filters from some metal jerry cans.

I would fully recommend using another business like diesel clean run by Chris Curtis whom I'm now using.

Water in fuel tank issue. Before I paid I asked if they could resolve a 1966 Volvo with SU Carburettors. “No problem for us. If we don’t fix it you can have your money back”. Called them out, claimed they had fixed it but said they had not drained the carb bowls, nor did they test drive it. I paid, drove it away… problem not solved. Called them back and said they would send the same guy out to have another look - which they did. I told the guy he had to drain the carbs as they would have contaminated fuel in. He told me he couldn’t as he didn’t have experience and wouldn’t want to damage the parts. In the end I had to pay for a proper mechanic to drain the carbs. Took photographic evidence of a petrol/water mixture in the carb bowls. Have sent the evidence and complaint to Fuel Fixer to claim under the guarantee (£600!). They haven’t acknowledged my complaint and keep telling me “the people I need to speak to are in meetings”. Have rung 10 times now and every time I get fobbed off. Don’t use these people if you in any way value any form of aftercare. And at £600 a throw, you should. I’m having to make a claim via my credit card company now

What a service! Arrived promptly and got us on our way quickly. Lewis was fantastic. Friendly and knowledgeable - the company are lucky to have someone like him. Yes you might feel expensive at first but the speed and professionalism is second to none. Absolutely worth it.

Had to wait longer than I was 1st told by the main man on the phone but the guy came out to me late at night and he did a great job and was a very helpful and genuinely good guy ( Csaba thank you for your help 👍🏻 10 out of 10 for your knowledge and professionalism)

I called fuel fixer after accidentally putting diesel in my petrol car. They instantly put me at ease and were able to attend in around an hour. They were also better priced and quicker than the RAC.
Csaba who drained / fixed my car was friendly, helpful, efficient and a really nice guy. I would recommend Fuel Fixer.

After panic set in with putting the wrong fuel in, I phoned Fuel Finders just to see what the proverbial damage would be. Despite my slightly distressed state Ryan was kind, considerate and understanding. Explained the whole process from start to finish and calmed me down. After recovering my vehicle, phoned back to get the car sorted and Ryan remembered my situation and got us back on the road. Thank you. Hopefully no one I know will be as stupid as me in the future but if they are I know who to recommend! Thank you
