It was all straight-forward and easy to understand.

I would recommend using funeral guide as it is easier for people to pay a tribute all in one place/ on the same site and make donations to chosen charities in honour of the deceased person.
It then gives the opportunity for the person who is in charge of the account can then comment to these tributes or donations underneath thanking people.
This site is very easy to use and you get notified when their has been any activity on the account.

Never seen this sort of thing before - seems a great idea. Must surely make things easier for the bereaved & allows others to express condolences whether they can attend or not.

Well, I found out about the day time and place of the funeral and how to donate to a charity, but I couldn't find out about how to attend online - the only way that I could join!
I did write and ask for a link but sadly I didn't get one so I could not even attend online. Very disappointed.

Henry Paul Funerals in Pembury have been amazing. The staff are most respectful, patient and professional. We had a coach and horses for my mum, the service from them was also very gentle and respectful. Overall I was very impressed with this reliable service. Would highly recommend.

Easy to use particular for someone like myself who is not used to use the internet and often gives up also quick to respond with response.

The funeral guide provided a place where we could share our condolences, sympathy through to help nominated charities upon the heart breaking grief after losing someone we loved so very dearly. Reading the beautiful sentiments left on it helped in knowing how loved he was; what a wonderful legacy and impact he left behind though so painfully gone at such a gentle and tender age leaving his family and friends a level of devastation that is beyond words to describe. The site importantly also left a legacy to help others in our love ones name in a way that he, his parents, his family close and extended through to friends would have wanted as well as supported. An action of for doing good in his name despite our pain. Everyone who read it got insights into memories that were shared by others with him and in that we learned more about our love ones life and beautiful interactions. It has been a place where many could express their loss, heart break but also shine a light on how beautiful, kind, adventurous, deep thinking, empathetic and too many to list beautiful sweet traits he had as we all grieved him deeply and how our lives are forever changed, made poorer through to profoundly impacted by his absence, the absence of a much loved gentle soul that made this world and those who knew him a much better place.
