Game did not work I have been spuer busy with work is why I have not sent a video and trustpilot need to add pictures to there review as the Customer service was shocking told I can have a full refund if I remove my review (blackmail) I will just get my money back though trading standards

Buyer claimed that the key didn't work so we asked them to provide video proving it was our key that was generating the error message, surprisingly we have not heard anything back from them since!
--UPDATE--
Claims they have been super busy so they have been unable to send evidence of their claim but managed to find the time to edit their review and that was 5 days ago!!
Instead of threatening us with Trading Standards how about you just send us the evidence as requested and stop with the slander so we can resolve this amicably as we have been trying to do all along.
I have contacted this company 3 times…

Sold me a game that they know full well wont operate on a windows computer any more. Dragon rising/Red River. I bought a game to play, not spend 2hrs trying to get it to run, unsuccessfully.

We took the time to find a solution for the customer to get it to work on their computer as everyone knows each computer's setup is different. This really speaks to the laziness of Michael that after we did all the hard work in sourcing the game and then providing them with a solution (which they could have found themselves) they could not be bothered to follow it and instead leave a negative review.

Buyer didn't bother contacting us prior to leaving the review so we contacted them and asked them what the issue was, they stated that they didn't think a game was included with the bundle however it is included and we provided them with the full bundle contents. They told us "I shall investigate your suggestion at my earliest convenience." and have ignored our request to adjust/remove the misleading review. That was 12 days ago and counting.
Try it out you won't be dissapointed
At first I was a bit skeptical but I was quickly reassured by the quick service that was provided.

Paid £9.99 for sims 4 to download
Paid £9.99 for sims 4 to download, we got a code to put in so we could download it, the game didn't come through to download. Got in contact with all the details, and they said there was not enough information.
Still not got the game, would not recommend to use this site. STAY AWAY.

Pleasantly surprised
I wanted to purchase expansion pack for my Sims 4 game and was too late for the promotion on Origin. Gamers247 had a fantastic price even cheaper than promotion on Origin itself. I was a bit cautious as I have never heard of the website but I have decided to give it a go. Had to wait a bit after making the purchase but the activation code was sent to me within the next hour or so. Payment was so easy with Apple Pay which saved typing all my details. Quick, easy and amazing price hence the 5 stars.

When I queried this,, there was no reply from them whatsoever.

I did use you're contact us webpage,, but like the software you sell ,,It must be outdated and obviously needs updating to work properly. :)
Also the program page does not state you are selling software from 2017 ,, you can't have it both ways.

This is the first time we have received any communication from the buyer otherwise we would have replied. We have a contact form on our website please use it. By your own admission in this review you have received the product you paid for, nowhere was it advertised as being the latest version, all product features were listed and if you were not happy with that you should not have purchased it.

To clarify the software is not 'out of date' nor is the contact information, our email address is literally above the contact form. To your point that it wasn't advertised as the 2017 version, it also wasn't advertised as including a lifetime supply of snickers, maybe you should add that to your list of rediculous reasons for leaving a 1 star review. If you wanted a specific version of the software and were unsure then you could have easily have contacted us prior to purchase but as we have already established that isn't your strong point. You have received the exact item that was advertised.

Refunded after a short wait because they "did not have enough stock to fulfill your order" not a good experience at all.
**Edit** I was contacted by Gamers247 asking to remove my review and calling me "vindictive" for simply telling the truth about my experience. My reviews show I'm in the habit of telling the truth. Also the money was taken and then refunded once you emailed me to tell me that you didn't have stock so you did take payment, please don't lie in response especially when the image shared shows clearly that you DID take payment before then cancelling and then returning the funds.
Calling me petty just shows your attitude towards customers who are unhappy.
Contacted yet again after two years with a petty attempt at taking this review down, I refuse to be bullied by this company.

There is no reason to leave a review like this it's just petty. As you can see from the other reviews this person has left they're in a habit of leaving negative reviews.

Your initial review wasn't truthful though, it omitted the fact that no money was ever taken for the order and we even offered you a 15% discount code on any future purchase.
