"Well I decided to just upgrade from the trial version and it went perfect, I suspect that my Pc was not compatible with your software, Thanks for trying to help anyway, I won't give you a review, but I just don't have the time for you trying to help install it. Cheers Ian Mackenzie"

Replacement was sent to the customer once the issue was verified, they acknowledged everything is good now and we are just waiting for them to adjust the feedback left.
