I have just bought some lawn treatment and had an issue with the first order discount, after an email the customer service corrected this with a refund and I look forward to being able to use them again soon

This was my first order with Gardening Naturally and I was disappointed that the item ordered was damaged. What I was very pleased about was the customer service couldn’t have been better. From my first telephone call and following emails I was kept up to date about what was happening. Within three days my damaged goods had been picked up by a courier and a replacement delivered.

Used Gardening Naturally a number of times and the products and service have been excellent. When a package arrived damaged recently, the damaged goods were replaced within 24-hours. First-class service from a first-class company. Will definitely use again.

I was recommended Gardening Naturally by a neighbour on our allotment and decided to place an order. One of the items - a bamboo seed tray, which I liked as a sustainable choice arrived with a broken corner, likely due to courier handling.

I contacted Gardening Naturally and spoke with Jack, who quickly guided me through filing a complaint with a photo. They responded promptly and offered to send a replacement tray - the exact one I wanted and said I could keep or dispose of the original. I chose to keep it.

The replacement arrived the very next day via Royal Mail. The whole process took only a few hours and the service was friendly, professional, and efficient. I’m very pleased with the outcome and would happily recommend Gardening Naturally for quality gardening supplies and excellent customer support.
