Garden Timber Online Avis 

I needed v arched fence panels and ordered from 2 different suppliers before ordering over the phone with jack. With other suppliers they were taking 3-4 weeks without update so I canceled. With jack, my panels arrived 2 days later absolutely fantastic service.

I purchased the Rose Arch, it’s beautiful I am very pleased with. The customer care was excellent I got speaking to a woman called Roisin she was very nice and very helpful

If you want to wait weeks, if you want zero communication, if you want BS on the phone, if you want your delivery to come randomly at night, with one driver who doesn’t speak English and you then have to help unload, then sure use this utterly appalling company. Worst customer experience bar none. Avoid at all costs would be my advice.

I ordered lattice wooden panels online, the ordering process was super easy. I spoke to Elizabeth shortly after she was so lovely on the phone and she informed me about the delivery time. My order came on time and I’m very happy with the service, will definitely be ordering again!

I don't usually bother leaving a review, but I purchased an arch which fits my specific needs, the arch is beautiful and well built and was exactly what I was looking for. The delivery was on time without issue and the customer service agent Roisin was extremely nice and helpful!
