Gentlevan Removals & Storage Avis 

Tomasz and Piotr (sorry, I don’t know if I have spelt your names right) moved me yesterday. They were prompt, polite, cheerful and helpful. Everything was moved perfectly and carefully. They were patient around waiting for my keys and cheerful throughout. It was stress free having them to do this job and I would definitely use them again.

Reliable and very good service, definitely highly recommend them. Peter and Viki were both very helpful and professional. I have bought a high value fridge and freezer and had to ask for a quote for delivery, from 200miles away from my home. 48 hours later the fridge was in my kitchen with Peter’s help:) Many thanks again!:)

Thank you for a great service from start to finish! Everyone I interacted with was super polite and efficient. The removals team worked very quickly but also very carefully causing no damage to my items or my properties. Best removal service I've ever used by a long way.

I moved to Cornwall in December having left all my belongings in the care of Gentlevan. My things were in storage with them for 2 months. When they delivered my stuff to Cornwall there were at least 3 boxes of goods missing and a small crate of books. In the missing boxes was some necklaces and other small items of sentimental value and all of my kitchen equipment. Gentlevan denied having misplaced them and have been totally unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Unprofessional.

These guys were fantastic - very good price, but that did not reflect the care and professionalism they showed. Very calm and polite, they took everything in their stride and helped us move into storage, making sure every inch of the storage unit was filled to reduce our costs. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service really helpful

I booked Gentlevan Removals for a very short notice move & the service I received could not have been better, from the initial survey, the careful packing of everything & the move itself. Every care was taken to protect all of my possessions with different sorts of packaging and protective covering for all of my floorings.
Could not have asked for better & I thoroughly recommend.

Joshua and George did our move after a home visit by Eva and various communications. Good value for money and the guys took great care of everything. laid down protective sheet everywhere at both ends of the moves. Courteous efficient and couldn't do enough for us.
Our move was at a busy time of year and they came up with the goods. This was a 3 bed house move from Oxford to Banbury. I highly recommend Gentlevan Removals `

We booked this company Gentlevan Removals on the 7th Dec 2018 to move the contents of one house to another a distance of 7 miles.
We talked on the phone to Eva agreed a time 8.30 am two men and a luton van. Price agreed and we paid a 20% deposit of £72
We also emailed them a list of items to be moved. Four days later I get an email from them saying can't do 8.30 am but we have to switch you to 2pm. This
I said NO. they then came back to me and said sorry can't do. Why did they wait 4 days after I booked and paid a deposit?
I though that when you have agreed a time paid a deposit you have entered a contract. This company "Gentlevan Removals" would appear to be very unreliable
and I would not ever use again.

Punctual, efficient, pleasant service. Competitively priced. We used them for a full house move; all items were protected with padded blankets and things placed in rooms of choice at destination. Definitely reccommend this company.
