Gerber-Store Avis

Big shout out to a Caitlyn from customer service she has won a customer back

Great product with great service
A top quality knife very well made and razor sharp with a speedy delivery by a first class company many thanks

The Gerber Straightlace in Green is, for me nicely balanced in my hand, slim so fits into my jeans very well, feels strong and robust when I handle the knife nice and classy attachment clip not like some out there and for me living in the UK meets UK regulations for small pocket knives.

If I had a chance to add an upgrade I would like a thumb kick / stud which I have seen on a lot of more expensive knives or if there is an upgrade kit available then I would definitely purchase that.

The availability to have the blade inscribe was a great idea which I love, makes it even more personal to me so thank you for that option.

The suppliers service was first class and I could not fault them in any way and they were very quick to respond to a small question I had - thanks.

Gerber are a world renowned company who make exceptional knives and other bladed products. I bought their skeleton folding knife with a tanto blade in black and I find it to be the most useful knife I use, and I have quite a few.
This knife comes highly recommended by me.

Nice knife, very light, lovely finish on the blade, smooth opening action. Deducted 1 star as P&P too much for a small item like this

I have this on my keychain at all times and take one when I’m exploring on my kayak. This multi-tool has saved my butt so many times now I feel uneasy if I go out without it….

A great product. Always good products from Gerber. Highly recommended.

Easy to order, great quality of the products, very fast shipping.
I love Gerber’s tools and already own a few…🙂

I ordered this particular Gerber Truss multi tool & wallet gift tin as a gift. It hasn’t been used as yet, but as a Gerber multi tool owner myself I have no doubt that it’ll be more than up to the job.
It was very well packaged and arrived before I was expecting it, so no complaints on the delivery.

Great bit of kit, needed it for the strong scissors.

Great service, brilliant delivery, what more could you ask for..

It is NOT made clear upon ordering that proof of age is required BEFORE the order is processed. A link was sent to my email WHICH DID NOT WORK, possibly because I was ordering from Spain. The whole process was very stressful. When I raised the issue with customer services I was referred to T's & C's! Who reads T's & C's when placing an order to see if it is possible to place an order? Put a box in the order process to attach proof of age - simples!

Purchasing the knife was extremely easy, the store contained all the details I need to select what I wanted and what would be best suited to me. As this was a first knife for me outside of borrowing family knives on camping trips/everyday use, I'm extremely happy with my choice. I'm fairly petite so the knife does look a bit large in my hands but it's got a solidly designed handle to avoid slipping and the blade is perfect!

Great site loads of well made stock quick postage A++++

I wanted something small and compact to open boxes and this folding knife is brilliant. It clips onto your pocket or stitches to your key chain.

Read reviews of the dime and they sounded very positive. Gerber store were selling for a good price, it was delivered very quickly and the dime has lived up to expectations.

Best knfie ever, been wanting it for months finally bought the bullet, but its soo handy and easy to use

Great company and great products, ordered a product, fast delivery well packed, definitely use this company again, thank you

My item arrived quickly and was well packaged.

The warranty service was amazing. I have over ten plus Gerber tools and my 9 year old also has a dime. My multi tool broke a blade and I was able to prove purchase a new one was sent out to me. Amazingly easy and actually just fantastic customer service.
