Gerber-Store Avis

Good quality item quick delivery and not too bulky on your belt adjustable position too

Easy to order, quick delivery, excellent quality

Great just what I needed do you sell parts for this unit

Easy process and fast shipping, engraving looks great. Have used the tool for a few weeks now and love it, robust good quality. I enjoy flicking out the pliers.

Hmm, I know this is reasonably priced, but it’s flimsy and as badly finished as anything else you’d get for this kind of money. I suppose you get what you pay for, but always found Gerber to be better than the rest on build quality.

Great product delivered very promptly. I had a slight issue with the Leather Sheath Pop Closure.
Having emailed their customer support I received an extremely quick response and a new leather sheath was posted immediately, no questions asked.
First Class service with an extremely good product, I can’t recommend these guys enough, absolutely superb.

Great product, great delivery

Great deal with the free sharpening stone. Quality for the price. Knife had two scuffs and a hairline crack in handle but has great action. Was expecting the worst after watching YouTube reviews. However my knife is solid even with the minor faults

After being conned into buying one from facebook and then watching a couple of videos on these on you tube, i realised it was a fake. I went onto Gerbers site to purchase one.
Ive got to admit they are good fakes, the green one is the fake.

As efficient an ordering process as one might expect from such a large company. The postage was very speedy, also.

Excellent knife with built-in sharpener. Thin flexible blade. Just the job!

I bought 2 Gerber multi tools and had them engraved for my two Best Men at my wedding. They loved them.

This little pouch is well made but small on advertised size, as I wanted it for a GTN spray which I now have to carry with me at all times

I was after a new multi tool and I thought I would give Gerber a try. Fantastic service from start and the quality of the Gerber Dime Multi Tool is top notch. Thank you Gerber keep up the great work, will definitely be buying again.

Great product, fast shipping, good company to deal with.

Great and easy website but a bit disappointed in the quality of the knife I bought. The belt attachment was starting to fray and the buttons lost their colouring after a few days of use. In addition one of the buttons has been pulled of and broken after light use which was a bit annoying and made the knife difficult to carry.

No complaints with the Gerber Store, but the multi tool (MP400) I bought is just... well.... not a Leatherman. A real disappointment and wish I'd returned it for a refund.

Fast and helpfull communication when contacting customer service.
Fast delivery and well packaged.
Quality products I am very happy with.
Good experience, can recommend.👍🏻

Great looking knife, the functionality of it could be improved by way of the blade locking mechanism, with little tension when using, the blade detached from the knife.
