The Best
Ive tried several different booking systems and i can honestly say Timely ticks (nearly) every box. The mobile and desktop interface is easy to navigate. Ive had great communication from the team when I’ve needed it. There is only one thing missing. A booking app for clients. It’s easy for clients to use the booking link and go online. But that’s the only thing anyone has ever mentioned to me about booking. Everything else has been straight forward. I recommended Timely to my other hair and beauty friends all the time

Always a resolution even if a development will come out of a gap or it is not what you want. Timely stay engaged with me to the end every time.

There is so much to learn on this…
There is so much to learn on this system, and most is easy to figure out. I have had a couple of questions and the timely team has always responded quickly and helped me out if I needed more assistance.
Withholding money due to me
I have a monthly payout outstanding, I’ve emailed to try to get the payment but they say all payments are up to date (I haven’t had one since 1st November) repeatedly trying to call but the out of office answer phone is still on even though it says open hours 8.30 (it’s currently 8.49) The answerphone says leave a’ message and we will call you back but then cuts off so you can’t leave a message. I will get my money then switch to another more reliable booking system.
Timely Support at its best
Being so new to business I really appreciated the prompt engagement by someone who showed patience and offered a step by step guide to resolving my issue. It allowed me to clear my head and move onto my next client with my full attention.Followup by the team member made me feel that there was someone who genuinely cared that been given supportive and helpful information
GOD FORBID 🚫 YOU HAVE AN ISSUE
I love this system for its ease, for me and my clients. BUT GOD FORBID 🚫 YOU HAVE AN ISSUE. They respond with either brush you off,no problem on their end. Or a system error front a different network. My clients aren't getting their appointment reminders. So this has cost me $hundreds of dollars. They won't address this issue! I've asked to speak to a manager.

Very poor off boarding. Appointments stuck in my diary FOREVER.
The system is good when using it but if you leave timely and leave recurring appointments in your diary, they stay in your diary, cannot be bulk deleted and they go on forever. It is impossible to delete appointments that go on forever so I will be deleting timely appointments from my diary for the rest of my life. I asked timely to reactivate my account to delete the appointments so it could be synced but they ignored me and tried to do it at their end, unfortunately it didn’t sync up. Timely support during the offboarding process has been terrible and as they have messed it up, they have tried to blame Google and send me to them to fix it. It may be a good system when it works but DO NOT leave recurring appointments in your diary when you leave to go to another CRM system.
Technology is great when it works
I know how frustrating it can be when technology does not work. I contacted Timely to advise I was not receiving my daily appointment report. I received a quick reply confirming the matter had been referred to their Tech team for further investigation. With our time differences it took 4 days to resolve and I had to resort to my paper diary. So glad it is back up and running. Many thanks.
