Great service 👍🏼

Was extremely happy with the service provided! Got updates about what was going on behind the scenes so I was never left wondering. My issue got sorted after a few days. Couldn’t ask for more.

Would not recommend, too many bugs and issues that take ages to solve.

It first when we used it for our clinic it all seemed pretty good and easy to use. Staff / helpdesk really good. But as our business is in the UK and their head office is in Australia there is a time difference when trying to sort out issues we are encountering.
There seems to be a lot of bug issues...you get one thing sorted then another thing happens.
I just feel they have a small team developing the software and they do not seem to have an understanding of the various businesses it using it.
The most basic things required seem tedious and you have to click so many buttons to get where you need.
For example we sell a lot of packages, predominantly 90% of our business is packages. So the redemption of each session a client has doesn't always go correctly. They have a pc version and a iOS version which we use on our iPad and they both work differently and we end up with many appointments not redeemed and it really confuses our employees and clients. So we have to manually check each clients history to make sure their packages are redeemed. Plus when they make new updates there are many bugs that happen on the most basic things. I just think this industry is growing and the demand for good reliable software is on the increase and I feel that Timely are lagging and trying to play catch up when they do not have the infrastructure to move very quickly which has a knock on effect on their client's business.
We are at the moment having a look at other software that will be good for our business. But thank God we noticed all of this before we expanded our business to other locations and having to spend loads of time trying to fix issues arising on a daily basis. I would suggest trying a more reliable software...to save you the effort and stress.

Love using Timely!

Love using Timely!
As a hairdresser working alone it is so quick and easy to add and make changes in Timely. And being able to access it on my phone also means I can manage my schedule anywhere. Best part is how fast they respond to your email for help. Very friendly manner and detailed instructions. Definitely recommend!

Beware of hidden charges

Software is great on the face of things - however, being charged fees for non existent payments being ‘processed’ is not so great.

As a result, I’ll be using the platform for the bare minimum to ensure no more of my money is taken for them doing nothing.

I am a skin clinic owner I am so happy I moved my clinical patient management system over to Timely. It has streamlined my practice, is easy to use, keeps up with the times and excellent support. I highly recommend.

Timely has revolutionized our business

Timely has revolutionized our business. We were stuck with another software contract which debilitated our online booking abilities. Since finally being able yo implement Timely we have not looked back. It is user friendly, the customer service & tech team are incredibly receptive. They check in every so often and are always open to suggestions and requests.

We are just so happy with every offering and capability. We honestly cannot fault it!

I love Timely and its staff

I love Timely and its staff. Even though I have had a few teething problems along the way while learning Timely and what it has to offer my business the staff have been quick to respond and kept me up to date at all times.
I would highly recommend to anyone considering using Timely in the future.

They just keep getting better

Superb support from the Timely Team who are always professional yet friendly and efficient. Timely continue to enhance their product and after many years with them can say they just keep getting better. I can't run my business without them and their enhancements and updates have helped me to improve. Trial them and you will know doubt end up staying with them, because they are that good.

I am trying to assist my client

I am trying to assist my client, but to my amazement she is not very computer literate and is slow to take advantage of the excellent online presence for receiving online bookings using her main domain name and continues to answer the phone for most bookings apart from some bookings via her Facebook page, I am willing to assist and have only just got her Domain details and will proceed to link her new and mini web site and use her correct email address Etc, this has been an ongoing problem for over 9 months, I will post more when I get some photos she has to complete the process.

I’ve been with Timley just over a year…

I’ve been with Timley just over a year and it’s been fantastic. Any issues are fixed fast. There is always help when you need it and the company actually listens to the people who use it everyday. Can’t recommend it more 👍🏼
