GHS is a good company
GHS is a good company. The customer service is light years ahead of their competitors. The recent service on my system was fantastic, but after having the recent service it made me realize the inadequacies of the initial installation of the system. I appreciate the work the technician did this visit to fix the laziness of the technician who installed the system. I would recommend GHS to anyone, but keep an eye on the work done at installation to make sure you are getting the most out of your system.

Because it is not what the rep said it was going to be. Price is higher and the service sucks. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I want out of this contract so bad it makes me sick. I wish someone higher up would give me a call. Debby 214-282-6760

When they made my installation they just installed sensors on the garage door, front door and living room and when I ask for the sensors on the windows they just answer, "those ones are not necessary " and they didn't install it.

I have been with this company for 3…
I have been with this company for 3 years plus I was very happy with there service until my contract ran out . I was having problem with my garage door because it was opening by itself so I placed a call to customer service for someone to come they came out which was Ross Soto he said he was going to take care of everything and he was going to call us about the door bell we wanted also he walked around my house singing and dancing but his main agenda was getting me to sign a new contract which I did but I told him I need my garage door opener fix that was why I signed it. It’s been 4 months and I have not gotten a call about my garage door open. I have called customer service and they tell me someone is going to call me back I have not received a call. If I knew that my problem was not going to be fixed I would have not renewed my contract. I am not happy with this company.

Monitoring center personnel are professional, prompt and courteous. One heck of a lot better than our previous service who put you on hold for 25 minutes then disconnect and were rude if accidentally set off the alarm. Happy to be with GHS.
