The customer service and tech service is great. I was told by the tech that GHS needed to upgrade/replace my garage door alarm component, and that has not happened. He did work on it and get it connected to my wifi, but that only lasted a couple days.

I was lied to from the jump bow I have a contract and my service sucks. My skybell doesn't work half the time. You wait online forever to get assistance. Tech support can't fix your issue. I'm having buyer's remorse

I reviewed several security companies…
I reviewed several security companies including ADT. GHS had the best pricing and warranty of any company I met with. They don't use sub contractors and the GHS technician was great. Highly Recommend.
Outstanding customer service and…
Outstanding customer service and response times to alarms. I’ve accidentally tripped my alarm a few times and was so embarrassed - but the responder on the other end of my alarm system was always kind and made sure I was ok. Customer service has been great anytime I’ve had questions or needed anything. I absolutely trust GHS for my home security needs and am glad I picked them!

Ms. Lourdes Garcia is a valuable member of your staff who exhibited professionalism and courtesies far above and beyond what is normally expected. Besides being highly proficient in both Spanish and English, her ability to communicate to seek resolution and facilitate the transfer of your services to the new owner of my former home was thorough. She sought to find the solution beneficial to both parties, myself, Fred Ibarra and James Slobojan, the new owner. She forwarded in an e-mail to me a link in which to initiate the process needed.
During the course of our conversation I mentioned that her manner in speaking with the customer was excellent! Her superb skills should be recognized and praised. She is indeed a valuable asset to your company. She acknowledged that both Misael, who had a hand in her training and that Alex Montenelo, a colleague were both highly esteemed. Kudos to a job well done!

Glad I switched
I switched to GHS from another company 4 years ago and just renewed my contract. There have been minor glitches here and there, but the company has always worked very hard to keep the system working smoothly and fix any issues. They always try to find a way to help immediately over the phone, if possible, before setting up an appointment to come out in person. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home security system.

Terrible customer service, very long hold times when calling for service and stuck with a system that continues to malfunction even after being repaired. Stay away from GHS
After initial issues with the company they seem to have finally resolved any issues I am having.

Where can I start?
GHS is simply the model that every company on the planet should follow to be successful. if that happened, the world would change to a much better place.
GHS excels at:
- customer service
- doing the right things 1st, then worry about payments and normal business needs 2nd
- unbelievably responsive and that includes the technical support folks on the phone, via email, the billing support folks, the people in the field, all of them.
As an example, we had a small configuration issue with our front door. We also changed our credit card on file (our issue) but forgot to tell GHS for two months. Know what they did when we got on the phone? Said they'd come over the next day to fix our door. We asked about the billing screwup (again our issue, not GHS) and the exact response was "oh, we'll take care of that later, don't worry about it".
I don't know of any other service company i've ever worked with who would say "don't worry about the bill, we'll figure that out later, let's fix your issue first". Can you remember the last time that happened to you?
GHS is amazing, highly recommend them.
