We just started with your company and we were pleased. We had a mixup in our apartment numbers and was sent an email the next day. It was taken care of. The experience has been awesome thus far we’ll see how it continues to go but as far as a new customer, we are very pleased.

Derrall, thanks very much for your feedback - we totally get how premium increases can be very frustrating.
Insurance rates can change for a variety of reasons, including updates from third-party data providers regarding risk assessments, regional trends such as weather or fire risk, inflation in repair and replacement costs, or changes to underwriting guidelines. And in some unfortunate cases - all of those things!
As our carriers are regulated, any rate changes applied are based on filings reviewed and approved by the State. While significant adjustments are uncommon, we are required to use the most current data and risk assessment available to ensure pricing remains fair and accurate across all members.
