GO Outdoors - Lancaster (Express) Avis

Really welcoming staff in Lancaster store.
Isaac who worked upstairs was very knowledgeable with all the products.
Nothing was too much trouble and got fitted with the perfect walking shoes.
A big thank you from a very happy customer.

I was assisted by Lewis & his manager this morning & felt I had honest & informed advice. I’m confident I will have many miles of comfortable walking in my new Merrell Kahuna sandals. Thank you! L’Oreal 😉 xx

Went in to get new walking boots and wanted to try them on. Simon was great and really knowledgeable, and he answered all my questions to make sure I got the best deal and the boot would suit my needs. I do think it would be helpful if they stocked half sizes of shoes, but I was ok without this time.

Simon helped my husband find the right walking boots. He was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us excellent advice. He even worked overtime, as we didn't complete the purchase until 15 minutes after the shop closed.

Fantastic shop Great help from the team went in for a waterproof jacket got one but also came out with a
new rucksack full of great bargains thanks Paul

I was served by Simon who went out of his way to help me choose the right waterproof jacket to suit my needs. He was friendly, polite and very helpful with no pressure at all. I felt very relaxed and was extremely satisfied with my purchase. I would definitely recommend him and will certainly return to the shop in the near future.

Fantastic service offered, Simon is a credit to your company, went above and beyond to to offer advice and information. He certainly knows his job 👍

Helpful and humorous staff made shopping a pleasure

Staff as always are extremely helpful, polite and professional. Served by Paul

Served by Chris. He was very attentive and patient, demonstrating good knowledge of the product range and made some useful suggestions regarding alternatives. Will definitely return in the future.

We use Lancaster Go Outdoors frequently, Simon and his colleagues are always extremely helpful, very knowledgeable about products and offer advice and recommendations for the benefit of the customer.
Very much appreciated and we will continue to recommend and use the store for the reasons above.
Well done and thank you.

Best go outdoors experience ever . Lovely compact tidy welcoming store.
The 2 members of staff on our visit 14th July were an absolute credit to the company. Both engaged in conversation , very helpful for what we were looking for , not pushy at all .
The young lad who served us was so polite and smiley and definitely seemed happy in his job which is a very rare occurance nowadays. His work colleague guided him through a few things with the till and explained the procedure with patience . It was a lovely experience , even though we only bought 2 water bottles .
I think the young man was called Chris x

Made a visit to Lancaster Go Outdoor Express to get some new walking goodies. The good lady needed some new walking shoes & I needed some T Shirts & socks for hiking. Simon the sales guy was extremely helpful, polite & knowledgeable as were the other members of his team. We got everything we needed at a great price. Not our first visit there & won't be our last. If you need outdoor gear and you are in Lancaster, give them a visit, sign up to Go Outdoors and save yourself some money. Keep up the good work guys!!.

Simon was a superstar, very knowledgeable about the products and guided me in the right direction.

Isaac was very knowledgeable and helpful and not pushy, a good experience. I will return and recommend the store.

Just been to the store today and the lads were fantastic! Helped me find what I was looking for. Excellent customer service with some good banter thrown in 😊 I hope go outdoors recognise what an asset these 2 lads are to the company. Thank you guys.... I left the store in a great mood and a cracking pair of boots and a few other things I needed . See you again soon.

Helpful, pleasant staff in Lancaster shop. Good selection of products but a little pricey.

Paul and Isaac were fantastic helping me in-store today, their knowledge and advice was top notch and I am very grateful for what their share on hiking and camping equipment, fitting my new rucksack I bought, advising on an outer layer which I’ve just ordered online, aftercare of products, and even managing my Raynards. Super friendly and helpful, anmd extremely patient with me haha!! I will definitely be back even though it’s not my nearest store. Would 100% recommend.
