GO Outdoors - Milton Keynes Avis 

Fantastic shopping experience. Lynn on the till was exceptional. So polite, quick service. Cannot fault this store and the staff there.

I was really disappointed with my visit today, as soon as we entered the store it seemed that no one wanted to be at work. Young lady on the tills was falling asleep. One lady was helpful but as she wasn't from the department she called for someone to assist us on her radio. Unfortunately the person who arrived didn't seem to want to help. He proceeded to tell us the maggots (for fishing) were rotten and hadn't been changed for days. When asked if he could check if they had another rod (which was on display) out the back. He simply replied "No" no explanation or that it was out of stock, just blunt, rude and unhelpful. I was looking to purchase a fishing trolley but decided otherwise due to the limited assistance.

I would recommend not visiting the Rooksley Milton Keynes branch and to look elsewhere

Great experience at Go Outdoors. The shop was clean, well organised, and easy to look around. Staff were friendly and available to help when needed, especially Lynn, who was really helpful and welcoming. Good range of products and overall a positive visit. Would definitely shop here again.

Shout out to James for excellent customer service, he was great! We wanted to buy a pop up sun shade for a trip tomorrow and the only one left was the one on display. James took it apart for us to buy the ex display to make sure we had the one we wanted for the trip. Thanks so much for your help

Click and collect did not work properly. Ordered 14th May for item in stock... and waited... and waited... and waited ....no other comms at all. Eventually went to store 22nd to.find it was ready for collection on 15th but noone had said so. Disappointing. System needs fixing

Amanda and Lynn were super helpful.
Amanda was very patient and helped me try on tons of shoes before I found my perfect walking/ hiking boots. Lynn was at the till and was very friendly and nice. I will definitely go back to get walking boots for my kids too.

Lovely shop- good layout and plenty of stock. Click and collect available so bought trousers- wrong length- ordered more- no fuss with returning. Very friendly staff. Plenty of free parking too.

We had a fantastic experience at GO Outdoors Milton Keynes thanks to Kerry.

We were having issues with our membership because we couldn’t find the email linked to our account, but Kerry was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. She took the time to sort everything out for us without rushing and made the whole process stress-free.

Our daughter is going camping soon, so we ended up buying lots of equipment, and Kerry’s excellent customer service made the experience even better.

Excellent service. Great help with sorting boots for my son for his DofE trip. The fact that there were plenty of staff around to help with questions was just great!
