Easy to find, good parking, amazingly large store with many bits of kit open and available to try. Including - chairs, sleeping bags, air mattresses etc. and the tents are fully setup instore and outs... Voir plus

Came in without a having a clue about camping but Nathan was really knowledgeable and extremely friendly and helped me out massively. Need more staff like Nathan.

James was excellent
We were served by James, who spent the time and effort to talk us through our tent options. He was so helpful and helped us consider options we hadn't even thought about. He is an asset to the store. We would definitely liked to be served by him again. We are now proud owners of a lovely tent.

Easy order online collecting in store
Easy order online collecting in store. Also bought more when collecting. Staff are helpful but don’t hassle you on the shop floor. Items are competitively priced and you can always pick up a bargain.

I was really disappointed with my visit…
I was really disappointed with my visit today, as soon as we entered the store it seemed that no one wanted to be at work. Young lady on the tills was falling asleep. One lady was helpful but as she wasn't from the department she called for someone to assist us on her radio. Unfortunately the person who arrived didn't seem to want to help. He proceeded to tell us the maggots (for fishing) were rotten and hadn't been changed for days. When asked if he could check if they had another rod (which was on display) out the back. He simply replied "No" no explanation or that it was out of stock, just blunt, rude and unhelpful. I was looking to purchase a fishing trolley but decided otherwise due to the limited assistance.
I would recommend not visiting the Rooksley Milton Keynes branch and to look elsewhere
