GO Outdoors - Milton Keynes Avis 

Go Outdoors' customer service is always excellent; today, once again, I received great service—this time from Lynn, who was brilliant.

I had a great experience at GO Outdoors Milton Keynes thanks to Rome. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help me. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find, and he’s a real credit to the store. I had the pleasure of dealing with Luke from milton keynes store.

I asking for a beach trolley. He said they was sold out. He said I could order one into store to which I said is I go on holiday the next day.
He told me he was going to speak to his manager, he came back and sold me the Ex display. He was Very polite and went out of his way to help me. 10/10 service mate.

Very helpful assistant in Milton Keynes store, I was invisible in Mountain Warehouse and so left.
At Go outdoors the assistant said he could get the boots in my colour or I could buy on line and he looked them up to check they still had some in the sale.

Absolutely top drawer service in the Milton Keynes store today.
We needed a roof box for our car at very short notice and James from the camping department could not be more helpful, friendly and efficient. Between James and the manager on shift, sorry we forgot her name, we got a fantastic box at a brilliant price. We couldn't have left the store any more satisfied than we were!

Just popped in to buy a few camping things for a festival. Spoke to 2 lads, one I didn't get his name but he helped with finding a portable fridge and was super kind and professional, then spoke to Daniele at the till who was so calm and composed even though the store was very busy. Great customer service in this store

I called ahead to check my membership expiry date and to ask for a tent to be put aside for me to collect. Emmi took my call and was super helpful. She ended up serving me at the till when I collected the tent and was just as helpful in person. (Which is more than I can say for the guy who passed the tent to me from the collection point who didn’t even let me check if what I was collecting was indeed the right tent!)

Popped in to get a few items for a trip we have coming up. We had a lot of items and Rome opened the till and noticed my Yeti cup didn’t have the magnetic piece needed to close the lid. He went and changed it for me and explained the issue and what to do to look after the mug. Great service!
