Easy to find, good parking, amazingly large store with many bits of kit open and available to try. Including - chairs, sleeping bags, air mattresses etc. and the tents are fully setup instore and outs... Voir plus

Rome at the Milton Keynes branch served…
Rome at the Milton Keynes branch served us on the tills today. He was smiley, polite and extremely helpful. We had only just signed up to the Membership but he allowed us the discount today instead of waiting 24-48 hours and what a difference it made! Fantastic experience here and will be back for all our camping and caravan essentials thank you ☺️

Our first trip to Go Outdoors MK, lots of choices and stock levels. The staff were all helpful. Shout out to Rome who served us on the checkout, he asked where we were going on holiday and was really friendly.

MK Store - great experience!
MK Store - Daniele Paulucci was very efficient and kind to us at the cash-till. His colleague (forgot name) was proactive and knowledgeable showing us the different tent types and showing us where everything was. Thanks all!

Great Store & Staff
On my visit the store was laid out very well and tidy. When I went to the till, Lynn kindly served me, her customer service was great! Lovely to talk to and check to see if I was a member to get my discount and also checked if I was a student, blue light card member or of any clubs, which allowed us to get more discount on my items. I’ve visited the store a few times and my dad as well and we’ve always had a great smooth visit :)

Buying a pair of walking boots. Great staff member
I went into the Milton Keynes branch to buy a pair of walking boots which I always have issues with getting the right pair. I currently have a pair of 8year old Salamon's which have always been a bit too narrow. I was served by Josh who I thought had a great knowledge of the different brands you stock and the positive or negative reviews associated with each. He answered all questions and gave advice he didn’t push at all and I think genuinely wanted to get the correct pair for me. I found him approachable and interested. Well done Josh, it’s quite rare to get a young member of staff that professional. He is certainly a great asset to your company and should be commended for his attitude to his job. If only every company had a Josh. Well done again. I hope this review reaches your senior management and Josh himself.

Amazing salesmenship and support.
Beautiful help from Dylan who helped me select the put up bed i was looking for. giving demonstrations, information and overall support, give this man a raise. Rome served me in no time with a smile and somehow managed to sell me a membership I was not looking for, fantastic salesman ship from him. Beautiful expirance and will return thanks to the 2 gentlemen
