It was my first time in the shop as I don’t go into town very often and I don’t usually go into ‘outdoor’ shops.
I was tasked, by my son, to post his UPS parcel. There was a problem and Isla supported me with it. She called on Jo for confirmation and both aided me to produce the correct documents and reseal the parcel.
I had such a pleasant experience when it could have been a disaster and my son’s parcel is off to Las Vegas where he lives.
I will recommend the service to others.
I was also impressed by the shop which wasn’t over loaded and looked easy to navigate - I will bear it in mind when looking for gifts for my grandchildren.
A pleasant surprise and a really positive experience - thank you!

Helpful service and a bargain purchase
Called into this store today to grab a bargain from the sale rail. A young lady called Jo served me and was very pleasant and helpful. I got a great discount on a North Face T-Shirt so happy with that. I have been here several times before and will visit again. Thank you for your service!

Really good value and lots of choice
Popped in to Newton Abbot branch to get some walking boots. Lots of choice and good value. They had my size (13) which is rare with quite a few options.

Both members of staff were attentive and friendly. Just the right level of customer service.
Maria was very helpful with our walking boots purchase. She carried our boots to the till. I didn't get the guy at the tills name, he was equally friendly and attentive. A good experience throughout.

Excellent service
Millie and Isla were polite, friendly and super efficient with their service. I have mobility issues which can make shopping difficult at times without support so I thank them for making the experience extremely positive. This branch held the item I needed to replace so “Happy customer” and will return to the store 🙂

Myself and husband bought a pair of walking boots and were highly impressed by Maria’s patience and helpfulness.
We bought the boots for a trip to Prague where most of the streets are cobbled, so we had to endure that they were suitable .
