Very helpful staff

Browsed at the display of chairs
I just went to browse at the camping chairs as they were out displayed. As I was hot found some comfy sandals and pick up a light jacket in the sale at a bargain price. Abbi and Jo were working, they both friendly greeted us and chatted, they made a lovely welcoming into a shop, offered help if we needed any.

Nothing too much trouble .. All the staff..
Millie today hunted high and low for thermals, for me to take to a friend in Torbay hospital, I was visiting.. when your unwell you need extra warmth!
She had to hunt through a large box way up in the eaves of the stockroom.. as not out on sale… snow grippers were 🤷♀️.. that’s a note for management.. anyway, happy customer. Thank you..

Needed to collect a parcel from Go Outdoors Newton Abbot. The two young ladies working in the store were so friendly & helpful with one called Isla helping me carry the package to the car nearby. It was so refreshing to find such lovely, friendly & engaging staff. Go Outdoors they are a credit to your Company.

Popped in to buy some new
walking /hiking shoes and was pleased to find a good range for me to try. The assistant, Maria, was very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile for me to be able to buy the best shoe - including climbing lots of stairs with a poorly knee, poor thing. She was brilliant!

I wanted to replace my worn out walking shoes. Millie was extremely helpful with her advice and brought several different brands for me to try on with no pressure to buy.
I eventually decided on a pair and I am very happy with them.

I went into the store this morning to get some shoes for the summer, and was served by a lovely lady called Maria. She was so kind, patient and helpful, and made the whole visit a pleasure. I was very impressed with the wide range of goods on offer, I shall definitely be back!
