Millie today hunted high and low for thermals, for me to take to a friend in Torbay hospital, I was visiting.. when your unwell you need extra warmth!
She had to hunt through a large box way up in the eaves of the stockroom.. as not out on sale… snow grippers were 🤷‍♀️.. that’s a note for management.. anyway, happy customer. Thank you..

Needed to collect a parcel from Go Outdoors Newton Abbot. The two young ladies working in the store were so friendly & helpful with one called Isla helping me carry the package to the car nearby. It was so refreshing to find such lovely, friendly & engaging staff. Go Outdoors they are a credit to your Company.

Millie the girl who served me was very helpful and I hope to be served by her again as I am about to go camping with my family and we need everything so I'm hoping she will be there to give us advice on the best gear to buy

Popped in to buy some new
walking /hiking shoes and was pleased to find a good range for me to try. The assistant, Maria, was very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile for me to be able to buy the best shoe - including climbing lots of stairs with a poorly knee, poor thing. She was brilliant!

I wanted to replace my worn out walking shoes. Millie was extremely helpful with her advice and brought several different brands for me to try on with no pressure to buy.
I eventually decided on a pair and I am very happy with them.

I went into the store this morning to get some shoes for the summer, and was served by a lovely lady called Maria. She was so kind, patient and helpful, and made the whole visit a pleasure. I was very impressed with the wide range of goods on offer, I shall definitely be back!

Went into go out doors to purchase some new work boots yesterday and was served by Jo, I was made to feel welcomed and altho I signed upto the membership I was unable to view my membership details via email so jo said not to worry we shall sign you up here and give you a card without the need to pay again for membership. I showed the proof of membership purchase. Jo was helpful and gave me great customer service. I would highly recommend go outdoors to any one. The prices were great and they have great products to choose from. Will certainly be back. Thank you.

Went into shop just browsing always a good range of goods well priced with the members card. I was served by Jo & Maria very pleasant and helpful staff they said my members card was due for renewal which I paid. Always find what I am looking for

Visited the lovely Go outdoors in Newton Abbot .
Good range of clothing. I got a nice pair of track shorts and a linear tech top.
Love the fact that Go outdoors do Blue light discount and the staff cant do enough to help you and give advice on tech stuff.
Jo helped serve us and recommended a lovely lightweight neck gaiter to replace one we have lost .

The one changing room is great and, wheel chair accessible with a seat and rails if needed.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, Isla helped pick out some walking boots.

Maria was extremely helpful, engaging and professional. With only one member of staff on each floor and with numerous customer enquiries she remained calm, understanding and diligent.
