GO Outdoors - Newton Abbot (Express) Avis 

I highly recommend the Newton abbot store ,I visited Friday as I needed some walking boots & meet such a lovely lady worker who name was Maria, she was so helpful & attentive in helping me the right pair of boots for myself.
Thank you for such a pleasant experience will be visiting again.

Great experience in store yesterday! All staff are lovely, especially Maria who was super helpful with providing me advice for my purchase. A very enjoyable shopping experience.

Had one of the best customer service experiences today 20th December 2025 with Isla and I believe the manager or supervisor working upstairs at around 12.30.

After explaining our nightmare with Millets online order which never arrived after three calls to customer service after ordering it the on the 5th of December.

Not only did they listen but they matched the price I had paid online. Honestly they have made my son and my Christmas. As the tent is his main Christmas present.
I felt listened to and I never expected them to go above and beyond when it wasn't their fault.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I was met by Isla & Millie, at the Newton Abbot store, both smilling , very knowledgable on all the products , agreed with me about lack of colour options in the mens section, ( but hey thats just a small thing in my head, who,s deciding over colour options Hmmm)
Anyway the point is both the girls are a credit to go outdoors, to be honest i would not have made a purchase, if it wernt for there service, Merry Christmas Isla & Millie, you deserve a lot more than a box of chocolates, thats my opinion.

Really lovely little store, well stocked with a variety of items and also great for click and collect orders! Very friendly staff, particularly Maria who was lovely and really friendly with my young daughter!

Millie was very helpful and assisted with finding the right items at the right price for me.

Went into the store today for a new waterproof jacket. The assistant Ruby was very polite and attentive, asking if we needed any assistance. Pleasant experience for sure.

We visited the Newton Abbot store today and were greeted by the most delightful lady called Maria. She was extremely helpful and is an absolute credit to the store. We need more Maria's.

Millie very helpful when we went in to look at coats. We got a really good deal. Recommend going in and looking round shop worth getting their loyalty card .
